She laughed about it. You must have forgotten that part. Unethical, no scruples, arrogant hard hearted, cynical...call it whatever you want except right.
She is laughing at the fact he passed a lie detector and how incompetent the prosecution was. She didn't say... "AHAHAHAHA THAT GIRL GOT RAPED AND I GOT HIM A SLAP ON THE WRIST HAHAHAHA."

She did her job... she did what she is suppose to do... as Trump did what he was suppose to when he outsourced jobs for his products/services... She was a lawyer-first at the time... he was a business man-first at the time... They shouldn't be vilified for doing their job. We can, however, vilify them for other reasons...

They're both good at slinging mud at themselves...like they don't want to win...if it wasn't for the fact that the Libertarian candidate, judging from his Aleppo moments, isn't smart enough to being puppet master, I'd say that this election ordeal was a Libertarian scheme;)

As I wrote in another thread:

The surest way to...

-Jeopardize gun rights on defense weapons

-Jeopardize the lives of unborn humans to dismemberment-on-demand

-Promote the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ agenda as equal to traditional family values and traditional marriage

-Get increased regulations on companies(and
cows) in the name of global warming/cooling/climate change

-Get anti-Christian nominees nominated to the Supreme Court

-Remain hostage to Obama-rationcare

-Insure the war on Christianity through liberalism

-Build a bridge for illegals to enter this country and give citizenship to u̶n̶d̶o̶c̶u̶m̶e̶n̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶k̶e̶r̶s̶ illegal aliens ahead of those doing the long and overbearing paperwork involved in becoming legal citizens

...is to elect Shrillary Clinton.

I am really beginning you are Peacenik's alter ego but on the opposite side of the spectrum...

1.) Hillary wasn't laughing about the lie detector test/incompetency with the woman raped or the raped woman's family. She was having a conversation with someone not associated with the court case. In your scenario, he is joking with the patient directly...

2.) In your scenario, the doctor is making a joke about only having one option to amputate...

Nice try at comparing two completely different scenarios... Try again?

The point is that neither scenario is a laughing matter. There are people involved who matter and it's painful for them enough without some knucklehead making light of it.

Then why did people bring Trump in? Any other Republican candidate would have done better...

Do you understand our constitutional rights? Is it just the constitutional rights you agree with that should apply? You can't be cherry picking Amendments like this:)

Yikes... that is your point? If so, I can understand why you're so disturbed at Hillary's laughing...

So... if Hillary was hoping for the economy/real estate sector to continue crumbling in 08 so she could buy tons of property, would you be equally or more disturbed? I mean, granted that would just be a smart business decision, isn't it kind of "unethical" to hope the economy continues to plummet?

Yes I understand. I'm talking about common decency after the fact and making light of this by a professional shows an inherent lack of an ethical standard of conducting oneself.

Trump wasn't my top pick.

As I've stated before, I am voting against Shrillary. Trump offers a marginally better hope.

Are you talking about trump or every real estate developer in the world who isn't retarded? Man I sure hope prices keep going up when I wanna buy and down when I wanna sell. That way I can take a bath on both ends. LOL

That is another thing, and be that the case, it would be displaying lack of compassion.

I fail to see a comparison between buying hats and being an unethical attorney who finds humor in getting a rapist off the hook.

An "ethical attorney" and an "ethical standard of conducting oneself" are not synonymous whatsoever.

A person can be an ethical attorney/ethical businessman, in that they obey the laws/rules of their respective professions. This doesn't mean they are people who conduct themselves ethically outside of their profession...

It sounds like you're back pedaling on the "unethical attorney" statement you made and are now focusing on the "unethical standard" of Hillary's conduct (laughing at the lie detector test/incompetencies of the prosecution). But if you open that can of worms, you have to account for lots of things Trump has said that you have defended...

Well it certainly speaks to character to make light of getting your rapist off the hook. She did her job, good job lawyer, now why don't add a little icing on the cake by making light of it. And people call trump a bragger.
