Unfortunately there are guys who don't understand that their arrogance and ego crosses many boundaries when they've made a girl feel uncomfortable and they've crossed lines. Due to the need to be in control (a key factor in abuse), their insecurities and ego, they continue to force themselves onto women in multiple ways, they're just sick.

Yeah, thank you all for how much you care.
It's amazing, really haha :)
But it'll be taken care of. It's life, stuff is gonna happen, but this situation will be taken care of one way or another.

He didn't touch me today, he made one or two of his snarky remarks but whenever he got close to me I scooted away and eventually he just gave up

That's exactly what I described yesterday. Boys and sadly supposedly grown men who are given a clear no, won't accept this and have to continue to bully the girl because of their own insecurities and ego. As they have no respect for social boundaries, they continue to impose themselves on the other party. I've been in this situation, make sure you record and report everything as it's unacceptable.

A student noticed what is happening so she has been hanging around me trying to send the message because apparently he did the same to her minus asking her out and made her treat me like crap.

So the boy got reported for sexual harassment. I just got called in to the Dean's office to file a claim or something and tell her in my words what happened.
