Aww zero you need to meet with a good friend for coffee and vent it out. Majority of time you wind up laughing over half it.
Its ok. :) I'm over all of it now. :) It was just weird.

...and just keep reminding yourself how amazing that table will look when you're done. :)

So I used to have a bus driver who looked like a 1980s bon jovi…
Ok... I finally gots to ask.

Hug--I've seen you reference tons of things from the 80's, and in great detail.

Can I ask, how is it that you remember them so well? In the "I Remember" thread you listed about a dozen things I remember very clearly--from when I was a kid/growing up--and I'm more than twice your age! :p

Are you sure you're only 18? You know 80's pop culture 10 times better than a lot of MY peers!

Kim a lot of our peers have somewhat fuzzy memory. ;)

And I think the current effort to legalize some things is because our generation can't remember too well...

But yeah, a kid who really likes that kind of stuff would know a lot more about it than many who lived through it. :p

I don't often get down in the dumps about this kind of thing. But it seems like everyone's finding that special someone/getting engaged/married/having children. *sigh*
When a lot my friends were getting married and starting families in their 20's and I wasn't there yet, it was sort of depressing. I kind of felt like I was on the outside of a fishbowl looking in, like where do I fit in here? Here they were partnered up and I'm not sure what my plan is here or what Gods plan for me is yet.

Those in between whatever the future is seasons in our lives can be difficult and confusing and yes sometimes depressing. Now I'm in this different season, many of my friends kid's are out of high school and moving on and here I am at 46 with a ten and an eleven year old. When I take one of them to a class Birthday party at times I feel like the old Mom. When it's a party and the majority of the parents are in their twenties like early twenties and ignore me I usually end up talking to the Grandparents of the child and it's nice because they're usually closer to my age, lol. I am probably one of the easiest people to talk to, so when I get ignored I think, your loss, I'm old and wise, glol. I just want you to know Tintin that you aren't alone.

God Bless you Brother.

I must be having a bout of personal growth or something. Recently, I have found myself wanting to reply to threads here at CC, and I'll type them out...and then I delete them and exit the thread. It's the realization that I have nothing nice to say about, well, anything...and the realization that everyone around here already knows that about me so I choose not to keep waving that banner in everyone's face. I'll never be a happy person, or a positive person, but I guess I don't need to keep driving that point home.

Believe it or else... er, believe it or not, that is one of the mile markers on the road to becoming a happier person. You may yet be a happy, positive person.

I don't get an excess of political posts on my fb, due in part to limiting who I take as 'friends' and unfollowing half of the ones I do have. But today it became intolerable. One person copy/paste the same remark in at least 5 different articles, each article from a different source about politics. One claimed their fb page was 'politics free', while in the same post putting up a link bashing the candidate they were against. This on top of the usual few I see daily. I'm not big on using fb a lot but if this keeps up I'm going to have to stay off it till after the election. I find politics droll and the attitude most people carry when 'discussing politics' a disgrace.

Well my dear friends... It is time that Littlebit must leave this place and do what the lord has called me to do. It was wonderful being here with you all and I appreciate all those of you who have prayed for me and my husband and my family. It is time I moved on with my life and focus on my family and my walk with The Lord.

If you want to keep in touch with me through email or skype just message me and we can go from there. It's nothing against anyone here... just time for me to move on and see what the lord wants to do with me.

I wish you all the best, and hope to keep in touch with some of you.

God bless you all.... <3

Once and a while I'll post something about Gary Johnson, nothing radical or insulting other people, but the whole social media political debate gets old real quick.

My heart is in a weird and very hurtful place.

I can't go on much longer like this.

I'm tired.
I'm exhausted.
And I feel like a broken mess.

I'm going to be making some important decisions in my life this week to better the life I'm living now, even though it will hurt me but it's the best decision for my life in the time being.

Please keep me in prayer

My 56 year old grandmother lives in pinesdale Wyoming. She owns a farm up there. Wasn't there a fire up there recently? She ment me and my mom pictures
Yes! There were fires all over the plae in Wyoming this year. So grateful my husband didn't go through with wild fire fighting when he moved here. I wouldn't have seen him for 4-5 months.
She was the one who started this thread. If I remember correctly, I think she left because CC was starting to become too much of a distraction. She's one of the people I miss.
I remember Arwen! Dang, I miss her.
Your a veteran user lol
Lol, I guess that makes me veteran as well. Yeah, my current page says I joined in 2013, but really, I've been on here a LOT longer. I just had to change my username, because I forgot my password, or something happened, and I couldn't get back on. I used to be BlueAngel. I couldn't go back to find out when I actually joined, because my previous username has been deleted.

I just burned my tongue on my food and it made me realize that sometimes the ones you love hurt you the most.

BruceWayne your new avatar is most awful of all. I just spent a good 10 seconds of my life trying to figure out what that was on my phone screen.

I am praying for you, I don't know what decisions you are having to make, but decisions under the circumstances are NEVER easy....
All will work out according to His will.
