She even says you are worse than me!

I guess I should view that as a compliment. ;)

But then, the forum is filled with highly emotional right wingers. Too bad they don't adhere to the Bible's Isaiah 7:4 , 'Be careful, keep calm and fear not'.
I actually respect you as a brother in Christ. We disagree on a lot, mostly about Hillary but we united in our dislike for Trump and more importantly, we unite in Christ. You show an ability, with me, to express your opinion respectfully and aren't afraid to address legitimate criticisms of Obama/Hillary.

I'd rather talk with someone that can hold a civil discussion even when we disagree than someone who rages and attacks because I don't agree with EVERYTHING they believe.

*hugs* Sorry if I've offended you in any way by telling Sirk he's worse than you. He criticizes you for doing the same thing he does.

You either protect the constitution with voting Trump or you lose it with voting for Clinton. Its not rocket science is it?
Last I checked there were other candidates. I'm thanfkul I don't need to be forced to vote for someone that doesn't interfere with my conscience. God did give us that, and wants us to not go against it. Please save that line of thinking with me if you will respond to this post. Because it hasn't and won't work with me.

"Let’s play a game: Imagine a woman who showed up unprepared, sniffling like a coke addict and interrupting her opponent 70 times. Let’s further imagine that she’s had 5 kids by 3 men, was a repeated adulterer, had multiple bankruptcies, paid zero federal taxes and rooted for the housing crisis in which many thousands of families lost their homes. Wait… there’s more: she has never held any elected office in her life and evangelical Christians love her just as she is.

Right. It’s impossible to imagine such a scenario. Because it would never happen, in any country. Last night proved to me that whatever I and other women accomplish, it will never be enough. Any gaseous chimpanzee can simply interrupt as much as he wants and throw some manure for good measure. He is a documented pathological liar, yet SHE has the reputation. He has a team of high-end accountants and lawyers who game the system in his favor, yet SHE is called a crook. He is literally nothing without his daddy’s “small loan” of 14 million, yet he is a candidate for president of the United States. He’s a parasite on the American middle class, and the GOP that nominated him has become a metastatic tumor on our democracy.

I’m not a fan of Hillary but, screw it… I’m voting for her.”

Hmm! When it gets put that way, it really hits me hard what is going on here. Let's elect a man who doesn't read the Bible, go to church or pray, but more important at no point ever in his life has even tried to live like Jesus, and because he is a part of the old boy's club, let's elect him, even though he has never even held office, let alone had any training or background in running a country. So much for the myth of him being outside the establishment! In fact, he is the establishment, Republican-wise speaking!

And saying because he has managed a few businesses makes him qualified is like saying because I was a teacher once, and very good at it, that gives me the know-how to run a country. (Talking about our boy Justin here! Of course you could also use the analogy of snow board instructor or bar bouncer, Trudeau's other qualifications for being Prime Minister)

Which I think makes me realize why I am so involved in this whole debate. Because I saw a Trudeau sweep to power twice. The first Trudeau set our country on the path to economic ruin, which took decades to ameliorate. Now the totally unqualified heart throb and selfie king Trudeau 2.0 has put us back on the path to ruination and he has only been in power one short year. Trudeau is even trying to change the whole way we vote, so that the Liberal party would likely stay in power forever.

Be warned, Trump is not going to do any evangelical Christians any favours if he gets elected. Do not be deceived.

Trump is certainly no saint but he is not going to demolish our constitution and he is going to save our supreme court from those who will not uphold our constitution.I dont care for your tone. Your sound like a liberal quite frankly,

My brain told me yes and my conscience was okay with it. The more and more revelations that are revealed about Trump, the more uneasy my conscience is. If I had to vote right this second, I probably would vote for him but my conscience would haunt me... It's difficult to choose what to do. Keep Hillary out or vote for someone I find honorable and worthy and qualified enough to be president (which is not Hillary or Trump).

It's no coincidence that I've been thinking about you, Rachel, Voldemort, and Posthuman's words of wisdom about this topic. I can't give you a good rebuttal for why I don't pick the candidate I really want (Bernie Sanders) and instead vote to keep Hillary out. If it's any consolation, I'm rethinking my decision because my conscience is killing me.
God gave us a conscience to make the right choices. If you're that torn up for Trump, don't vote for him. Like you said there are other candidates. But if this doesn't bother you, then I would recommend not bantering with other Trump supporters. Because that does look hypocritical, bashing others while you're essentially doing the same thing in the end result. It's one thing if you're not voting for him. But if you are, it just looks childish.

Your focus is skewed. You are looking for a perfect man and I dont know any. There has never been any and there never will be. You may possible be a blind hypocrite. The focus is the constitution and the supreme court justices. Also, Trump will allow christians to practice their faith freely and he will stop all the murdering of babies. Hillary will not do any of these things. You need to STOP the nonsensical thinking.

I never said anything about being perfect. Nor did I infer I wanted someone perfect. Because no one is perfect. Thankfully, I don't need to do what you tell me to do. Especially with my beliefs. I kindly ask if you walk away and don't respond to me again. Because this really isn't going to go anywhere.

It's not as simplistic as you're making it. There are other alternatives, the only thing is that by pacifying my conscience, I'll pre-meditatively be voting for someone I'm almost certain won't win.
I never said it was simplistic. I stated it simply. It is not hard to understand if you are indeed non blind! Your voting for anyone but Trump is pre meditatively handing over the constitution and the supreme court to the globalist.

Judging from what Trump has said and done I'm not ready for him to appoint Supreme Court Justices...

This a discussion format. If you cant be a grown up and discuss then dont participate! Which btw, I never said anything about your beliefs. Your not voting for Trump who will defend our constitution is literally voting for Hillary. Can you live with that?

Perhaps you should look at his list and get educated. He has put together a list. Judge those.

Your opinion is your opinion. I respect that. I can see you don't respect mine. That's fine. I can't force you. What you say really doesn't matter to me, though.

No, MsSuzanna, I am not an America liberal! Probably because I am not American! I am a very conservative Canadian, which if our last election was any indication, I am a member of a dying breed.

Unlike Trump, I think Canadian health care is one of the best things we have going. Because it works and it is free. As for all those rich friends of Trump''s flying down to the US for optional surgeries, including a former premier of Alberta, who kept it hush hush, apparently it is less than 1% of all surgeries, and of course, limited to those who can pick up those ridiculous out of pocket prices. I got sick in the US a few years back and ended up in the Hospital Hilton. I had a private room, with a private bath, ceramic tiles on the floor and everything as good as an upper middle class home in Canada. Oh, yes, and of course I had my own remote for the flat screen TV.

I was there for 2 hours, and got some anti-nausea drugs and some IV fluids. The bill was $3000 for the hospital and another $550 for the doctor. Luckily, we had out of country health care insurance, and they paid the bill, along with negotiating the bill. It took over a year of fussing to settle those bills, I swore I would never get sick again in the US.

Back to the double standard!

I cannot understand how anyone who is a Christian could possibly support a man on his third marriage who admits to multiple adulteries, along with lusting after his own daughter. It doesn't get more unethical and unChristian than that.

As far as Hillary, she stays with her husband and gets blasted for not leaving him when his adulteries surfaced? To say nothing of the fact that people started tarring her because her husband committed adultery, blaming her when it was totally his fault! Then, when that didn't work, all these mistaken rumours about her first court case, which she did not want to take, nor did she laugh at the rape victim, but at what a farce the legal system was. Listen to the tapes, if you dare!

Then there is the slander about how Hillary came after the women Bill committed adultery/raped? I have yet to hear the testimony concerning this by the victims, and those women in the debate, who knows how much they were paid for their help.

Yes, there is a terrible double standard going on in Christendom right now.

Against Hillary I read an interesting article about some major mistakes she made during the time when Bill was president, in hiring people to run various things and how incompetent they were. This is pork barreling, and totally unethical. My critique of this election has been that Trump is an inarticulate, boisterous boor. I feel he would be incompetent to hold the office of president in every way, shape and form, including making the changes to conservative policy, when he is a Democrat in hiding. (And one who doesn't believe he has to have his sins forgiven!)

But now it seems that Hillary has also been shown to be incompetent. Back to hoping enough people will wake up and vote for Gary Johnson. At least he is a true conservative! And no one has shown him to be unethical, incompetent or a rude, ignorant boor! (I got that myself, from the primaries and the debates!)

I can understand it because God uses people...for example king David. Didn't he murder his girlfriends husband or something? Oh..I forgot..he repented.

Exactly! David repented and God forgave him.

I have yet to see Trump repent of multiple marriages/divorces/adulteries. He has no idea what being a Christian is about! Not saying Hlllary is a Christian either, but at lease SHE is not guilty of the above. (Bill is, but she should not be judged in his shoes!)
