If it was me I don't think I would have filed a lawsuit. Going through such an ordeal would have been too much. I would have just tried to forget it. The defendant would have been slinging so much mud at the plaintiff that you would be drowning in it.
And by saying this I'm literally betraying my sisters, because many offenders knows that the victim would never file a lawsuit or let the police know, and if every woman experiencing this had the guts to drag the offenders to court, we might could make some of them offenders stop. But I am a coward and I will not go through a trial like that.

This really is an issue I've been trying to wrap my head around. Are Trump loyalists correct in pointing out the bit about contrition and redemption? Are they hypocrites for holding up standards for political leaders in the 90's and then backing away on them in the 10's or merely desperate and honestly disillusioned?
Are Progressives being disingenuous in setting up loose standards for sexual immorality and then immediately pulling up the draw bridge when the reprobate is somebody they happen to dislike? Or have Progressives come full circle and denied moral relativism and set up their own Victorian standards based on a fabricated, post-Christian social justice scheme of morality?
Hypocrisy exists and thrives on both sides of the aisle, but what kind of hypocrisy is it exactly? Where does it come from? Because the answers to each question I asked regarding both sides would have contradictory answers.
