More evidence Trump is a new Christian
Dr. James Dobson: Donald Trump Has Accepted Christ — Charisma News

One source from many others like I said just research it.

if you want to see what is evidence that someone is saved, read 1 John.

Dobson doesn't give a single shred of evidence. Dobson met with him one time in meeting tailored by Trump with exactly one reason: try to win the support of the evangelical community, using the influence of evangelical leaders. afterwards in an interview, Dobson said Trump talked more about religion than anything else - as though he doesn't understand what the gospel is at all, but that he sounded sincere.

Kennith Copeland, also a well known evangelical author and radio preacher, said he believes Hillary Clinton is a Christian. she was raised in church by a single mother.
so where is the news on that? do you believe him?

do you believe one preacher famous in the media, and not another preacher famous in the media?

read 1 John.
believe the Bible before you believe men.

do you see the things that the apostle talks about in either of these people?

I see a man who still struggles in the flesh like you and I. If he is a new believer then why we judge him as a saint? God used many people in the Bible who where rough around the edges and did some nasty things. Is any human above God to judge a man we only see glimpses through a biased media? I have been listening to Trump for awhile now and I have seen great personality changes and even feeling guilty to ask repentance. I believe we humans are too quick to judge and do not rely on God enough.

People tend to look down on people who refuse to vote but say I vote for one of them what difference would that make considering the two that are running? I don't see a lesser an evil I see two equal evils
This meme is for you then.

I know a guy who says that he is not voting because he does not want to get stuck with jury duty. How lame is that?

People dont6want to believe anything good about someone who they have a negative emotional impression of. None of us were shining like a dime after less than a year in the fold either. Plus, he is running for president, so I doubt he's had the time to sit down and really consider the6scriptures6or God. It's funny, we apply Matt7, do not judge when someone calls into question our actions or the actions of someone that we feel sorry for, but not if it's someone we don't like or don't feel obligated to care about.

And that guy Kenneth Copeland he is talking about is into6all kinds of strange doctrines.

Would you say that voting for a third party is a wasted vote, or a vote for Clinton/Trump (the opposite of whichever one you are voting for)?

Wasted vote and yes he may have the freedom but with freedom we must use our freedoms wisely. Not voting is unwise and so is voting for a third party. It's only wishful thinking and a cover up for your conscious. Never in history had third party been chosen and the main third party candidates stand for ridiculous issues. Trump stands behind the issues I support. You do not have to inform me how to judge others. I will vote for who I believe stands for my freedoms, religious freedoms, biblical stance on the issues we face as a country, and leadership. I have posted over and over again links to sites showing where each candidates stand on the issues. I am more worried about there stance on the issues we face especially the supreme Court, and the war in the middle East. So yes my vote will go where it will count. Not voting will help no one and third parties ARE a wasted vote. No one hears about them and when I checked the 2 main third party candidates I was amazed the stance they had on the issues just ignorance. Trump is not perfect but we will have a leader no matter if you vote or not. Only God knows a persons heart. He is a man new to the faith so I for one can not judge a man I only seen through a biased media. Every research i have done only makes me feel better about voting for Trump especially compared to the only other candidate Hillary. My opinion compared to yours that's all it is. We are both doing what we truly believe is best for this country. I will not condemn that. I read the same book as you and you say the holy spirit makes you feel this way and I say the holy spirit makes me feel this way. Ironic ain't it.

I suppose he also declined a drivers license? In most states that gets you on a jury list too.

I don't think they stand for ridiculous issues...
I honestly believe that if people stopped turning away from third party because they think it's a wasted vote then third parties would get a lot more votes.
You are 100% right in your beliefs though, and so am I.
I truly believe you should vote for who you agree with on issues even if it is third party.

I'm Independent right now...
That will probably change with years, but if I were to vote I would vote probably for Gary Johnson or Evan Mc Mullin simply because I agree with them and their views.

(Isn't Jill Stein green party?)

She's on the bottom of my list of candidates I agree with right below Hillary lol

So is Jill Stein part of a conspiracy? I am at a loss to understand why this was posted in this forum.Or why such a political advertisement is allowed! I mean, lots of people are posting things about the election in the news forum, but at least it is news based!

Personally, I think Gary Johnson is the only option if people want an ethical candidate with Republican views. I don't agree with a lot of his platforms, but I think he would probably appoint conservative judges to SCOTUS, and certainly revive the economy.

This third party thing should be a big issue right now. In Canada, we have multiple "third" parties. None have ever been in government, but holding the balance of power in a minority government means more things have been done to make this country great, than in majority governments. I like that we have a Conservative Party and a Liberal Party. And they really stand for those things.

I've never voted Liberal in my life, as I would never vote Democrat. However, I agree that Trump is simply not the candidate people want him to be, or pretend him to be.

His "death bed" conversion, as in converting to win conservative votes is a reason right there I would not vote for the man. It is just the worst kind of wishful thinking to think that James Dobson converted him and he really meant it. It's all about winning and the votes for Trump.

So yes to third parties. Gary Johnson is MUCH higher than in the polls than Jill Stein. It wouldn't take much to get him in the last debate. And then, if he goes off the wall or something, people could go back to the lesser of two evils or whatever!

Yes, there were some decent Republican candidates, it is a shame one of them were not picked in the primaries, but as someone said, "It is what it is!"

I think a lot of people are focusing too much on the personality of the candidates and not what they agree with on them.
For example: Donald Trump and Evan McMullin are tied for second place on who I agree with most-
I absolutely HATE Trump's personality, but even so I can not hide that I do agree with a lot of the things we agrees with.

Ultimately you want someone in power with the most common beliefs as you

Smart guy. Not only doesn't he have to vote for those two "candidates", also he gets to avoid listening to boring attorneys, grumpy judges and lying witnesses;)

I actually enjoy jury duty. I'm usually only there until about noon-1pm, then it gets dismissed before they even consider picking me and my employer pays me for it. ;)

i really think this is how we should vote.
for who we actually want to see in the white house.

not for the strongest opponent of whoever we really really don't want there.

Exactly.....

Dr. Jill Stein

Wasted vote... not that it matters any way cause this nation is toast!

The same thing will happen to the US that happened to ancient Israel, which is... those that diregard the Lord end up being destroyed.

Hide-n-watch!

Half of the US population took this advice to heart. They voted for the greater of two evils instead.
