I'm pretty tired of christians stomping their feet and saying they won't vote for Trump out of some childish misplaced religious proclivity. We have a country to take back...and this might be our last chance to do it without violence.

It's misplaced anger though. It should be directed at the candidate that is failing to bring those people in. Trump has had A LOT of time to salvage the dysfunctional Republican party. He's been careless with how he has prioritized his campaign. Even now he keeps dwelling on the sexual assault charges when he already addressed it. He needs to focus on reunification with the Republicans who feel disenfranchised. We can't ignore that Trump makes it extremely difficult for some people and their conscience to vote for him. It doesn't mean they will vote for Hillary, not only is that hypocritical, but that would be an even worse decision.

I have a dear friend who is a very upright Christian man who I finally convinced to put his religious proclivities aside and support trump. He will influence more than I ever could to do the same.

matthew 23:15..."Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves."

I think I know, but it's just too twisted to put into words...

Are there any mainstream Republicans (aside from the crazed Michelle Bachmann) who still supports Trump?

I've always considered Giuliani pretty mainstream.
For years right wingers considered him "liberal". But, as usual, they change their minds as often as the wind changes direction.

Still mainstream. Maybe it's because I lived not too far from him in his heyday.
