This will be an ongoing thread linking Scripture with Science.
Don't you think that there is a little bit more to the LORD than just science?

What does the Lion of Judah carry? An Iron Rod... i.e. Electromagnetism.
You mean like the atomic railgun?

You sure it is an rod is iron?

And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. Exodus 4:2

Don't tell me that you actually believe that Moses cast a rod down before Pharaoh's feet and that rod became a snake do you? Especially considering the fact that it is written Pharaoh called his wise men to which resulted in the cast their rods down and their rods became serpents too.

11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. 12 For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: Exodus 7:11-12

Not only that yet God tell us to beat the our kids with the rod, so if you beat a kid with a rod of iron they won't die?

13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. Proverbs 23:13-14

Seems beating a child with an iron rod would be more probable of producing death in the child than the possibly proving the existence of God. Which if not already written in your heart you might consider what is written in Deuteronomy 6:7 before pulling out that rod of iron.

"A army of principles can penetrate where an army of soldiers cannot." Thomas Paine

non spiritual scientist have been trying to use science to disprove the bible forever but it usually bites them as the bible has always proven science.
makes me think of this Jewish academic that lived in the 13th century that claimed our reality existed in ten dimensions and of the ten, four are known. he learned the knowledge from studying the book of Genesis. they thought he was crazy at the time as the science of the day said he was wrong, but today science supports what he learned from the bible all those years ago.

apply Gödel's incompleteness theorem to life, the universe and everything.

a rough synopsis of this theorem is that in any formal system, there are always truths that must be taken axiomatically, not being able to be proven by the system itself without calling back to an axiom. further, that no coherent formal system can prove itself consistent in and of itself.

i.e. in any formal, logical system there must be something more than the system itself: axiomatic truth.

applied to the universe writ large, and all that exists, both seen and unseen, it cannot exist without something that is outside of it which defines it, holds it together and gives it meaning & substance. that is Christ: who holds all things together, for whom all things were made, and by whom all things were made.

" creation or big bang" ?
Both

There is no reason for the two to be mutually exclusive... and Scripture supports this conclusion.

Oh, but what fun would that be?

This is an important subject, worthy of some Christian Chat.

:)

Let's start off with where the Scientists got the idea of the Big Bang in the first place.

They got it from the Kabbalah and Jewish Mysticism folks... Zohar and whatnot.

Basically something called 'Ein Sof' "exploded" along with a being called Adam Kadmon.

Oh, and just as an FYI... Adam Kadmon is the Anti-Christ.

Ray Kurzweil and the folks at Google are trying to put him back together again into something called The Singularity.

This is why folks need to understand what is being presented in this thread.

We are beginning to find out our existence is a type of 'simulation' (yes like the movie The Matrix) and, believe it or not, the Bible details this out.

They are basically trying to 'hack' into it with CERN etc.

Anyhoo...

That's where the idea came from and of course it's not Biblical.

However, the Bible *does* teach us there was a 'Big Bang' of sorts, but God calls it Leaven...

Matthew 13:33
"Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened"

Pretty straight forward and to the point.

What does Leaven do?

It 'puffs things up'.

Therefore, Leaven (Yeast) was 'hid' in the Kingdom of Heaven (our existence) which expanded it.

Here is your Big Bang...

In fact, Science uses this very analogy to describe our Universe!

That being said... the question remains... who, what, when, where and why did this happen?

The Garden of Eden has the answers.

The Forbidden Fruit contained something you folks may have heard of before...

The so called "God Particle". The God Particle is the Higgs Boson.

What is the Higgs Boson? The Bible calls it Leaven.

It's what 'puffed-up' our Universe (which was a Membrane at the time).

The Leaven in the Forbidden Fruit mixed with the Sugar and produced Alcohol. This Sugar and Alcohol is what we call Dark Energy.

The Bible calls it 'Cruel venom of Asps'.

Are you following what I'm saying?

No? That's OK.

If One watches the Double Slit Experiment video I posted earlier, then One will understand what I'm about to say next.

Adam and Eve existed in the world of Waves before the fall.

No 'Matter' (as we know of it) existed yet.

When Adam and Eve partook of the Forbidden Fruit with the Higgs Boson and Dark Energy, the Bible says that their 'Eyes' were opened...

Genesis 3:7
"And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons"

What happens when One's Eyes are opened?

In other words, what happens when One tries to observe a Wave?

It collapses.

Thus, Adam and Eve were the first Beings to collapse the Wave Function.

We call that event, the Big Bang.

This is why we cannot see the Fathers face... He exists in Wave Form only.

Jesus is the Mediator. Jesus can exist in Wave *AND* Particle, acting as a 'Bridge' to the Father.

BTW...

When you folks watched the Double Slit Experiment video, did it occur to you that a Slit is a Narrow Gate?

;)

but you are not "

all you are doing is presenting analogies, metaphors and coincidences.

The science you present is indeed enlightening however I do not agree with some of the statements you extrapolate from this knowledge but carry on. I do see merit in showing that science and the Bible are in harmony. :)

Don't you think that there is a little bit more to the LORD than just science?
Definitely.

I believe the Bible is in fact a Science Book taught via morals and real life characters.

Of course the main theme is Salvation.

On top of that, I believe God wrote it in a certain way as to sound like foolishness to those with 'Leaven' or Ego...

Psalm 2:4
"He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision"

When One drops the Ego and views Scripture as a Child, then One will be able to truly 'see'.

Remember...

The lessons have to be written in a language and style that transcends Time and Space so that it may be understood by all, no matter what age they live in.

This is why it may sound 'primitive' to some, and yet extremely advanced to others.

You mean like the atomic railgun?
Hey now!

You either know me, have seen my resume, or this is a neat coincidence.

I helped design that very Rail Gun almost a decade ago.

You sure it is an rod is iron?
Ha!

You found a link between the Serpent Rod and the Rod of Iron.

We have this...

Revelation 12:5
"And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne"

But how does it relate to a Serpent?

It's a huge discussion, worthy of a future post.

I'll keep it brief for now...

The Serpent is related to RNA/DNA.

The Iron Rod is related to Electrons and the Holy Ghost/Dove.

Matthew 10:16
"Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves"

We'll get there if this thread survives... lol.

Welllllllll.... for those of us who in times past have experienced unexplainable phenomenon and witnessed spiritual occurrences and manifestations which defy the imagination, this information is pretty much shedding some light on what I've speculated all along. I, for one, appreciate that someone is finally giving God the glory for science rather than foolishly using science to attempt to disprove God, ya know? :)

It takes great faith to believe that God, who created this incredibly spectacular universe with such fantastic precision, with such glorious power and in such magnificent minute detail.. would care so much for someone like me.

Hebrew 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Psalm 19:1
The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. \:D/

Excellent post!

Oh man, here we go...

The latest theories regarding how many dimensions there are in our reality is called 'M-Theory'...

"Although a complete formulation of M-theory is not known, the theory should describe two- and five-dimensional objects called branes and should be approximated by eleven-dimensional supergravity at low energies"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-theory

In plain English, they think that there are Eleven Dimensions to our existence.

Eleven in Scripture is often associated to confusion.

I believe God is teaching us that there are in fact Twelve Dimensions + Time.

Many researchers are beginning to realize that New Jerusalem may in fact be representative of a type of 'Multiverse'.

It is built as a Tesseract...

The Tesseract represents the Fourth Dimension and beyond.

If New Jerusalem truly does represent a type of Multiverse Rescue Portal, then the Twelve Foundations could represent Dimensions...

Here’s my take on it: I have an extreme curiosity about science and it’s actually a joy to understand some of it. However, no matter how much scientific information we can contain in our temporal minds, the majesty and eternal reality of God is no match for our understanding, I know that. God blew my mind out of existence temporarily a few times. I know better than to question him or his purpose. He has proven to me that my “intelligence” can't even stand erect to one iota of his presence. LOL! He’s way too mighty, too bright and too vast. \:)/ All glory to God!

As for the anti-Christ, Armageddon, and everything else spelled out in John’s Revelation on the Isle of Patmos, I trust God has it all in his hands and I’m not worried about it for a second. I’m just the Lord’s vessel and he’s going to do what he’s planned all along. Nothing is a surprise to the Lord. I trust him in that. I’m keeping my eyes on God and he’s keeping his on me.

In the meantime, it sure is wonderful to understand a bit of the marvelous aspects of God’s creation. I'm enjoying this science lesson. It’s certainly more awe-inspiring than the crap the world tries to slop onto the media as “entertainment.” Or worse yet, what the world tries to deceive us with as “truth”.

Awesome post Auntie Ant!

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. \:D/
Uh-oh...
Seems someone has a dangerous amount of knowledge on the subject!

That is Truly a prophetic verse!

This ties in to what I was mentioning earlier about a 'Simulated Universe'.

I hope you guys can handle this one...

We start with the Word of God...

John 1:1
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God"

Ponder that for a moment.

Nothing existed except 'Words'... like a piece of Software Code...

Yet these Words, or as I like to call them... Strings (as in String Theory) became Matter...

The Bible is very clear on this.

Words became Matter...

Hebrews 11:3
"Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear"

Now...

I am a KJV Only kind of guy. So sue me... lol.

Why?

Because the KJV has the 'Code' in it.

It's the only version with the Atom... oops... I mean Godhead Verse in it...

1 John 5:7
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one"

Yes... the most controversial Verse in the Bible is being censored from all other translations.

You will see why in a moment.

The Powers That Be wish for you all to remain ignorant.

OK, so let's look at AuntieAnts verse in the KJV...

Romans 1:20
"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse"

See the difference?

Let's put this in Scientific Terms...

For the Invisible Things (Word of God/Software Code) of him from the creation of the World are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made (Atoms), even (Especially) his Eternal Power and Godhead (Neutron, Proton, Electron); so that they are without excuse.

In other words...

Matter is made up of little Godheads.

That's right!

The Holy Trinity is nothing short of the Generic Atomic Structure of an Atom.

Bam! Crazy eh??!?

I told you guys this is going to be intense, didn't I?

This is the breakdown for those that are curious...

OK, word on the street is that the Illuminati have spotted this thread and it may end up being 'disappeared' if you know what I mean.

In case this happens, please copy these two images to your computer for safe keeping...

And remember this verse...

John 1:14 (Young's)
"And the Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth"

Word, not Words. Singular, not plural.

Please don't let a Trinity argument erupt :p

This whizzed right over my head 'cuz unfortunately I'm no rocket scientist. I'm what you call "street smart". In other words, my brain's got potholes. ROFL!! ;)

Plus I already got a lot on my mind and my mind can't hold a lot. heehee

Here's a real pot stirring statement lol...

God created man from the dirt/dust of the earth AKA matter, though the flesh of man is unstable, the human soul from the breath of God was made in God likeness not physical but of spiritual likeness, Yet the soul can be corrupted.

God created man from the dirt/dust of the earth AKA matter

yes - these tents ((we)) are made of dust -- but that dust, we don't comprehend what God did in order to create it in the first place.

the ashes of stars.
