I believe Nucleobases are *Key* to understanding Carbon and Scripture.

Nucleobases of course contain Carbon.

The term 'Terrible Crystal' I believe is a reference to Carbon and Diamonds...

Ezekiel 1:22
"And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above"

Also 'Ash' is a form of Carbon...

Genesis 18:27
"And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes"

Remember how I pointed out that Dust was DNA?

Now we see Abraham linking the word 'Ashes' to it.

In other words, Abraham is saying "I am but a Carbon Based Life Form".

Carbon is also 'Smoke of the Furnace'...

Revelation 9:2
"And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit"

Imagine the Bottomless Pit was a Test Tube in which a Chemist can create new Life Forms.

The 'Smoke' would be the Carbon Dioxide being exhaled by the creatures inside.

If we keep going with this hypothesis, we see that Ashes/Carbon/Dust can become a Biological Weapon...

Exodus 9:10
"And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast"

Why would Dust and Ashes become a disease if they weren't Biological?

This is the 'Code' God is trying to teach us, but He has to use Wisdom in order to make it stick.

It's everywhere...

Job 13:12
"Your remembrances are like unto ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay"

Bodies and Clay related to Ashes.

Job 30:19
"He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes"

Carbon Based Life Form.

Carbon as food...

Psalms 102:9
"For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping"

Over and Over, Carbon begin related to DNA, usually of Man...

Malachi 4:3
"And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts"

The Holy Spirit is "key" to understanding scripture and a lack of knowlegde of Carbon is NOT a detriment to understanding it. :)

@Base12, I've found this VERY informative as I love physics. Quatum mechanics bring to mind the verse about the greatest being the least, however, where I have the issue is sometimes it seems a bit like glorifying the creation over the Creator.

While there are things beyond my understanding, my attitude is science will catch up with the Bible.

there's this, and there's also i think he's being very sloppy with actual science, forcing analogies and metaphors into places they really don't fit. in some places, he's dropping the truth in favor of glorifying a metaphor, with a thin knowledge of nature that he picks up or drops according to how he wants to use it.

glorifying analogy with disregard in some cases for the truth. within the space of just a few posts, he's latched onto the outdated Bohr model of the atom as it suits his purpose, then switched to a quantum model and totally misrepresented it. there are contradictory models all over the place in here side by side without reconciliation.

this thread has not been a place to learn science.

it's like these sketchy analogies are what matters, not the truth.

and like i said much earlier in the thread, and recently repeated -- no matter how many awkward analogies one can draw out by misrepresenting the Bible and misrepresenting the truth of the natural world, even no matter how many beautiful ones actually fit, none of this is "proof" -- the thread title is total misnomer.

i do like the basic concept of the website he's copy-pasting into our forum, but in order for such talk to be meaningful, i really think we ought to be much more careful and honest about what the truth of nature actually is.

but is this actual talk? or flooding?

Now is the time to stand up.

Did you know that CERN Scientists talk amongst themselves about accidentally creating a Black Hole?

Christ's kingdom -- is it spiritual, or is it physical?

do you recognize any difference at all, or do you expect high-energy physicists to "unlock" a stargate and let antimatter demons come and rule the world?

by the way, here's a paper about what would actually happen if a black hole the size of an atom were to collide with the earth:

https://arxiv.org/abs/1203.3806

short answer: mild tremors detectable by seismograph if you knew just what to look for. not much else.

and at places like CERN? it's possible at higher energies than what they are currently capable of, a black hole millions of times smaller than that might be created. at quantum scales. which would disintegrate around 10[SUP]-27[/SUP] seconds after forming, and could easily be missed even by the most sensitive detectors.

"
zeal without knowledge" is dangerous, dude. i'm telling ya

all thing possable. etc

why did you not use the word air. how many of the bible writers would know the meaning of Oxygen.

42 And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead Acts 10

they are not dead yet, if we are living.etc
You bring up a good point brother about knowledge of science did they know about what makes up the air in our atmosphere not likely. What we call Air is a combination of elements that allows people to live/breath by God design. The air we breathe is made up of lots of other things besides oxygen. Oxygen only makes up about 21% of air. About 78% of the air we breathe is made up of another gas nitrogen. There are also tiny amounts of other gases like argon, carbon dioxide and methane.

I just read some of it for the first time now.

Interesting...

P. Is God, then, material ?

V. No. [This reply startled me very much.]

There will be a chapter covering this very thing.

Soon...
If God is not "material" then who is Jesus praying to John 17, and who is sitting on the throne which Jesus sits on the right hand of? Hebrews 12:2

BOTH spiritual and physical according to Jesus.
what's this then?

My kingdom is not of this world.
(John 18:36)

I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
(1 Corinthians 15:50)

we shall be changed

and about those antimatter demons . . ?

i appreciate the intent of the person wanting to show various spiritual concepts being illustrated in God's creation...

unfortunately most of what i have seen in this thread involves serious stretches of imagination and often unjustified analogy...along with some plain good old junk science...

also as someone with experience of new age belief systems...i have also not failed to notice the way the claims being made resemble similar claims in kabbalism and hermeticism and other mystical or occult teachings...the ice is very thin...

Re:21:25: And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
Re:21:26: And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
Re:21:27: And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

while i don't believe high energy physicists can unlock gateways for antimatter demons to come through...i do wonder if there are any causal parallels between the spiritual realm as described in scripture and the still puzzling realm of modern physics...

entropy and the curse of sin for example...

or if 'faith' can -truly- be quantified as in 'the size of a mustard seed'...

yes, me too. Paul writes in Romans that the whole creation was "
subject to frustration" and waits for His glory to be revealed in us. is entropy part in that? maybe, but it's not the whole story, and it's not clear to me that what that part is, if it is part.
and faith quantifiable? most certainly so: how many times does Jesus lament over the "
little faith" so many have, and how He rejoiced over the "great faith" of a few!

but while i would love to discuss and muse about such things, i'm not about to go manufacture a meme and start spreading it everywhere as though it is the revealing of great mysteries, with imperfect understanding. not on those subjects. IMHO these are things to be discussed, learned about, sought after - not spoken of as though i am some sort of prophet, even though i have had education in science and He has opened my eyes to some truth.

what i find interesting about entropy is that the increasing 'groanings' of creation seem to track the increase in the entropy of the universe...could they be two sides of the same thing? i don't know...

about faith being quantifiable...i meant -literally- quantifiable...does the notion of 'faith the size of a mustard seed' imply that faith is a thing with mass or volume? is there some kind of undiscovered subatomic particle of faith? again i don't know...

i agree that these ideas are for enigmatic puzzles and fleeting glimpses of mysteries for those who like to contemplate and speculate both scientifically and spiritually...not something that anyone is qualified or knowledgeable to teach as the 'true system of the universe'...

how many people read this and miss vvs. 9-10?

the city is not the dwelling place of men -- it is us, the Bride, the dwelling place of God even now being fashioned

Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
(1 Peter 2:5)

12 gates: each a single pearl.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
(Matthew 13:45-46)

He set aside His glory, and gave Himself, to purchase us

I see that you are trying to prove a point here, but the mustard seed faith lesson was that only the faith that grows from the seed into the mustard "tree" is the faith that will remove mountains. This is the faith we are saved by. Faith that is always growing.

the faith that is always growing (devotion) is the sower parable but when it becomes taller than any other tree, it is wise to be aware of the birds that might come nest in its branches.

The Faith that moves a mountain is Faith in (motion) but how little faith they had if they knew what a small thing it is to really accomplishing things in that little is much when it comes from God.
