Speaking for myself, I see a lot of fire in him to want to improve things for the country. He's not just a politician trying to pitch his policies, he actually seems like he wants to make a difference. That's the main reason I support him.
Exactly right. He loves America and cares about it. I have such great hope and pray God will guide PRESIDENT TRUMP'S heart to reestablish righteousness and integrity.

I was low when yesterday's sun went down, but it is, after all, only an election that can be changed in 4 years.

I'm enjoying the moment. It's like seeing the Sun after eight years of wretched darkness.

We definitely need to rise up as prayer warriors for President-Elect Trump through the next few months... He has seen God's mercy and power in action, and has been humbled by it, like most of America, which should inspire all of us as Christians, and non-Christians to be good stewards of the enduring values of America and Israel in the Bible.

People on here were saying a third party vote was a vote for Hillary. Hillary supporters are now trashing third party voters, saying they ruined America. I said all along how the third party logic went both ways.

I know many here are excited that Trump won the presidency, but there are many that aren't so thrilled and worried about what that means for our economy and our borders, but God has promises laid all throughout scripture and God is in control and his uses every purpose for his good even tho we may not see it right now. There is a time for everything (see Ecclesiasties 3) Jeremiah 29:11-12 says,[SUP]1 [/SUP]For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. [SUP]12 [/SUP]Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

To be honest, when I found out Trump one this song kept playing in my head and we need to be declaring that the fact that God has a purpose in having Trump being our President :)

It looks like Gary Johnson took 3% of the popular vote. This would be enough in some state's to swing the election. This morning's popular vote count indicates that Ms. Clinton took the popular vote:

59,408,297 votes for Clinton, 59,221,749 votes for Trump. Less than a quarter million votes separates the contenders with ~118 million votes cast.

250,000 / 118,000,000 ~= 0.21 percent : check my math but the total vote goes to Clinton with less than a quarter of a percent separating the contenders - "a house divided".

I find it interesting to look at the state by state votes by county which seems to indicate a much different electorate in the cities than in those outside metropolitan areas.

Time to put the election aside and get on with the issues. Despite some making the election a race issue, the sitting president seems to put that to rest also - it is and needs be an issue of policies and practices and behaviors. The USA is not a colony of the UK, no offense to Prince hairy's girlfriend.

Oh man! I can't believe I stayed up this late just to find out who would win, but I must say with the decision it was definitely worth it.

I was beginning to lose faith in this country, but with Trump winning, it shows that we finally have a hope to make America great again and the future (our children) have a future to look forward to, for this I am excited
Amen!!!!!!!!
I noticed Pence thanking God for the outcome. Finally. By God's grace; (someone not ashamed).
Let us be one nation under God again.
Go Jesus, go Jesus!!!. I actually feel a load taken off of me and feel free to be an American again.

Back in 2004, when President George W. Bush defeated John Kerry, Senator from Massachusetts and U.S. Secretary of State, I was completely heartbroken. I honestly believed Kerry represented better family values and portrayed more honesty and integrity than did GW. Nevertheless, rather than give up hope altogether, I got involved in community service and became an advocate for people who didn’t have a voice. Little did I know at that time how doing so would change my life and inspire the lives of others.

I did not vote for Hillary Clinton because of her abortion stance. But I was moved listening to her concession speech this morning. She graciously stated, "Our constitutional democracy enshrines the peaceful transfer of power and we don't just respect that, we cherish it. It also enshrines other things: the rule of law, the principle that we are equal in rights and dignity, freedom of worship and expression. We respect and cherish these values too and we must defend them."

Hillary did not throw her hands up in despair or bitterness, but instead inspired those who supported her to get involved with public service and fight for what they believe. CNN reported how Clinton finds strength in her religious faith and in the inspiration of her mother who always encouraged her daughter to get back up when she fell down. We all can find strength in our faith in Jesus Christ and in our own parents’ words.

The election may be over, but hope has not been defeated for those who voted for Hillary. We are still one nation under God and there is work to be done. Bitterness, despair and hate should not be on our country’s agenda.

As John F. Kennedy said in his inaugural speech in 1961, “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

And as Hillary Clinton advised in her concession speech, we should each get involved in public service in order to make a change. Every one of us can still make a difference. I believe it begins and ends with Jesus’ words, “Love your neighbor.”

How big would have Trump won if he had not had to fight a rigged system? What if he had Hillarys 2 billion to spend on tv ads ..what if every news source, had not attacked him relentlessly hour after hour ? What if the FBI had really investigated HRC and Bill?

I'm sorry ..I wish Hillary was a Christian ..but she is clearly not and if you judge her by those around her and those she associated with on a daily basis? You have to assume she is in fact a Satanist .. now I don't want to go into all the evidence against her... but please don't try to deceive people about who this woman is.

Those of us who manage to see through her and can read between the lines and see an act for what it is - a total show - aren't swayed or deceived in the least.
