Cannot be compared. She's already been "arrested", but the "state" didn't put her on trial.

But seriously I don't remember reading anything indicating whether she has been arrested. If she has been arrested that's wonderful news. Plus, I don't think if she was arrested she wouldn't last one night behind bars with the other inmates
