If the person who began the OP and the other one who called herself Maydanna ever comes back, respects the rules of the site, and stops attacking Christians, here is the Bible's answer to why homosexuality is wrong and I also could cite the sites that the neo-liberals do not want anyone who struggles with SSA to know about but since this is Christian Chat, I will say what God's word says not what the world and man says. Even in the library I work in, some people are borrowing books (both children's and not) that support two moms and two dads, something that God is totally against and goes against the created order. Here are the verses:
Genesis 2:18-24
The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.”
That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
The books of the law, which condemn homosexuality as an abomination in God's eyes. Besides contrary to the culture, when you open the door to homosexuality, in the verses before and after that those, you open the door to bestiality, incest (there are websites already trying to give support to this, which sickens me), etc. The Pandora's box of sexuality has been opened and while there is still hope for those who struggle with SSM and other things, it is going to be in these days the most unfavorable position in the world's eyes. I would not be surprised if we are jailed, fined, tortured, etc in the future for our Christian faith in these United States just like they do those to those who convert from Islam to Christianity in the Islamic countries, when communists in China come to Christ from Communism, etc. To God, there is such a thing as ex-gays, to the world that is a figment of our imagination, is not possible, is a lie, is hate speech, is denying who you are, etc.
Now, to the New Testament.
Matthew 19:4-6
“Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
Mark 10:6-9

1 Corinthians 7:1-7
Now for the matters you wrote about: “It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman.” But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife. Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. I say this as a concession, not as a command. I wish that all of you were as I am. But each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.

People always get attacked when they speak truth that no one wants to hear. Happens to me all the time..lol.. Demi is a very smart, wise and discerning young lady and IMO, she is smarter than ALL of the adults here.

My mom is like a submarine. She is hidden and when the war comes..she comes up for a short while and then she goes back down again and then people forget she is there and they gasp and she comes back lol!
