"rays" there being a word commonly translated "horns" -- same one that, because of translation, caused Michelangelo to sculpt Moses with literal horns on his head.

but this verse is not a dictionary definition of "power" -- indeed the word is synonymous in usage with "strength" -- but in either case, what is being sad is that power is in God's hand.
it is not a tautology, power = horns, but horns is figurative in the first clause, and said more clearly in the latter -- that strength is hidden in His hand. as here:

Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all.

think for a moment,

and it also says, there was a sound like a wind, and Christ also said, as the wind blows, so it is with those led by the Spirit --

now we are at the point we believe,

work is the application of force bringing about displacement.
force is change in momentum.

power is in God's hand:
God is the Prime Mover, the One who imparts momentum, the Applier of force.

I find it annoying when numerology is used to "prove" connections between the bible and some totally unrelated thing. It leads to a total misrepresentation of the bible and none of this is genuine research. I think this thread should be moved to the conspiracy forum, it's the kind of religiously inspired word salad that you'd expect from a rather clever schizophrenic. When you look through the site that this is all being copied from, which seems to be the OP's site, you see very conspiratorial thinking like that CERN is some kind of cover for a Freemasonry group (and possibly also the Illuminati?) of satan worshipers who slipped 666 into their symbol and seek to destroy the earth. He spreads misinformation like this little gem, "Yes, a Black Hole created on Earth will literally inhale Stars from all over the Galaxy," which is supposed to explain the stars falling to earth passage in revelation, except it doesn't because that wouldn't happen. Then there's the idea that the scientists at CERN intend to end the world by building some kind of antimatter bomb. The guy is seriously preoccupied with the occult. Then there is the idea that by colliding subatomic particles together they are essentially crucifying Jesus.
