Well since it is his brother that has taken power I don't see how there will be any change. The people dancing in the streets most likely are not Christians but I can understand the way they would feel. But to say it is a good thing that an evil dictator is dead,I believe the Lord would agree with that.
If you search doe kingdom now / dominionist theology, you'll see there there are folks who believe that Christians are going to take over the governments of entire nations and rule the world for Christ... and it's only then does Jesus come back to start His 1000 year reign.
