Does anyone save the laundry caps for measuring drinks, mixes, or as a snack jar?
I wonder how many of those lids are thrown away, or recycled, but not reused within the same household.
Important: Thoroughly wash and rinse :)

I'm at a swim meet and for the first time ever I'm sitting with all swim dads. None of their significant others came to the meet today. It is so chill. It's like....a total chill zone. I'm digging hanging with the swim dads. They don't need me to talk. They just chill. Is this what it's like being a guy and hanging with guys? Why am I not a guy?
Guys don't have to talk just for the sake of having something to say. They can sit quietly when there is nothing they want to talk about.

In the words of the great Confuse-Us: "When there is nothing to say, don't say it."

I like how crab tastes, but I dont enjoy trying to eat it : p

Too messy and too much work, and I would have to eat it alone cuz Id be too embarrassed by making a mess trying to eat the thing in front of others >.>

I like imitation crab, though. Its not really crab, but it tastes good : p I like getting crab salad once a week or so from my payless (Kroger).

Lobster, though. Dunno how I feel about lobster : p Isnt worth what you pay for it, imo.
I feel a bit bummed that I've never before had crab. I've had 'imitation crab' a few times though and I liked it. Haven't tried it in donkey's years. But who knows what's in it? :p Here, we call it 'seafood highlighter' (for obvious reasons).

It was a glorious experience. I was actually able to sleep. (Because I've not gotten any sleep this week.) Not only did they put me in the best spot for sleeping but one of them covered me with a blanket at one point. Haha. Seriously, those guys rock!

Come on, dear brother. Would I lie to you? Here's proof.
Drop Bear - Australian Museum
(Quoting the website...)
There are some suggested folk remedies that are said to act as a repellent to Drop Bears, these include having forks in the hair or Vegemite or toothpaste spread behind the ears. There is no evidence to suggest that any such repellents work.

You Ozzies do have a sense of humour :D

Don't believe him, not for a minute. He promises the world but most of his minions don't last until their first payday (don't ask me how I know or what I might have to do with it, just trust me on this one).
Come on, brother. No-one's going to fall for that one. You need to be more subtle.
Why do i get the feeling that the two of you are in on this together?

Haha! It does seem that way, doesn't it? As for Drop Bears, they're serious business. You shouldn't joke about such things! But seriously, we do have a good sense of humour. ;)

Did I just find you on Facebook? Please confirm. :)

Oh my freaking goodness you guys have no idea how Marylanders are about their crabs!

For real, my closest friend lives there, and he and his family send me gifts. So far Ive gotten a
-crab shaped pin for my bag
-crab Christmas tree ornament
-two crab tshirts
-spices made specifically for crab
-a crab refrigerator magnet

The crab is like the state symbol of Maryland : p And they talk to me about crab all the time, youve never had real crab unless youve had theirs : p They even sent me a video of themselves preparing crab before, haha : p

Not the guys I know, they talk more than the girls I know.

Well depending on the individual. The guys I know are way talkative though. Maybe you were just new to the group and they were too nervous to talk around you : p Could have been a group of very shy guys, haha : p

How large are your laundry caps if you can use them to keep snacks in?!
Ours tend to be so small you could maybe fit 3-5 peanuts (without the shell) in them :p

I bet it was Old Bay, wasn't it? And yeah, we don't play around with our crabs lol. I remember as a kid, going to family cookouts and wanting to go straight for the crabs. But my mom always made me eat a full plate of food before I could eat a single crab.

Didn't stop me from havin six or seven of them!

Btw, some messages I got from that friend today-

[9:58:39 AM] Dipper Pines: I'd like to talk to you about crabs
[10:04:23 AM] Dipper Pines: -hands you a business card with a toll free number in which you can call to learn about crabs-
[10:04:42 AM] Dipper Pines: Because you don't have to live in ignorance any longer
[10:06:04 AM] Dipper Pines: A crab is a decapod you know
[10:07:59 AM] Dipper Pines: Also you can tell male or female by the shape of their underbelly

Just in case anyone thought I was exaggerating : p

Yep! Washington Monument shape: boy crab.

U.S. Capitol shape: girl crab.

See?:

Boy crab
Girl crab

I do not eat the shells; not even on soft-shell crabs :p

P.S. I love corn on the cob!!
