I agree that we finally got a real man in the Presidency. Obama squandered his opportunity to make a difference. Look at his hood, Chicago. Can't even go to the mail box without being involved in a drive-by shooting. He should have had the National Guard activated and round up all of the gang bangers and put 'em on an island somewhere and let 'em have at it.
He attempted to make a victim out of everyone except those that were truly the victim.
His legacy is Obamacare and that will be dismantled once Trump takes office. Trump will also vacate all of Obama's bogus executive orders that he resorted to when he couldn't get his way in Congress.
I am confident that Trump will appoint the right Supreme Court justices to abolish genocide in this country.
No more disrespect for the military. Trump will ensure that our military will be an overwhelming force and the only remaining superpower, second to none.
No more coddling of terrorists. Gitmo will remain open for business for the new clientele that will be arriving.

The president of the Family Research Council is upset that Rex Tillerson has been chosen for Secretary of State due to his company's support of Planned Parenthood and the fact that he successfully advocated lifting the ban on homosexual scout leaders. Trump never pretended to be an evangelical so I have no idea why people are upset when his cabinet picks aren't Christians. Just because someone is conservative doesn't mean they care about Christianity. In recent years conservatism has become a wide tent.

Rick Perry was nominated for Energy Secretary. Recall that during the campaign he referred to Trump as an "embarrassment to conservatives".

It may sound strange to some, but I gave Barack Obama the benefit of the doubt when he was first elected in 2008. I couldn't stand him, but he was President of my country and I had hoped that whatever liberal ideology and Democratic partisanship that motivated him would be stymied by a desire to do what is best for America.
Most of us at this point have nothing they can say or do to change the fact Trump is President. It is therefore wise to prayerfully give him a chance.
