I think a mistake was made when the teaching became popular that the church is an entity entirely separate from Israel, the bible does not give us that picture at all. The church is the obedient of Israel to which was added the obedient of the gentiles, that is the way it started and the way it still is. There is a difference today between the ratio of Jews to gentiles, in the beginning the Jews outnumbered the gentiles but today the gentiles far outnumber the Jews. Even with that there are no doubt many more Jewish believers in Jesus Christ today then there was in the first century church. At the end of the age what is left of the nation of Israel will come into the fellowship of faith in Christ...they will come into the same body of Christ that is the church.

I can agree with everything except the last sentence:
"At the end of the age what is left of the nation of Israel will come into the fellowship of faith in Christ"

Where is such teaching found in the New Testament? "Thus all Israel will be saved" is not it.

pretrib didn't exist before them.
it's based on jew hatred - they had to find a way to keep the jews out of the church...making them "an earthly" people fit the bill (for anyone foolish enough to believe it)

sounds like amil. They had to find away to keep the jews from being restored. because how could God love a people who crucified the savior.

Just saying.

smh

Romans 11.. All Isreal wil be saved..

If you do not think this means "Israel" Physical. Thats fine, Agree to disagree,

But to say it is never taught is just false and does not help your case.

In Romans 11 is "Thus all Israel will be saved", i.e. "in this way, in this manner".

So it is not a teaching that "Then all Israel will be saved".

Thats why I asked where is this teaching in the New Testament:
"At the end of the age what is left of the nation of Israel will come into the fellowship of faith in Christ"

Paul was a Jewish Israelite. I am a Gentile Israelite. All Jewish Israelites and Gentile Israelites will be saved... All Israel will be saved.

Yeah, this would correspond with "Thus".

Meaning that Paul is just summarizing what he was saying about the remnant, believers from Gentiles etc - thus all (true) Israel will be saved.

I just dont see anything about "end times" or unbelieving Israel in this verse.

Agreed, there is nothing end times about the verse, in fact the verse isn't even talking about flesh descendants of Israel.

Yep, In this manner.

Israel will be blind in part UNTIL....

1. It will not happen until "the fullness of the gentile" has occured (it is yet a future event)
2. It will happen when the deliverer comes out of zion and TURNS AWAY THE UNGODLINESS for Jacob (also known as Israel)
3. God has a covenant with THEM (Israel) to TAKE AWAY THEIR SIN (remove their blindness)

At that time, ALL ISREAL WILL BE SAVED (remember this is a future event, So you can not use Jesus ALREADY PAST death on the cross as fulfilment)

Until then

They (Israel) are your enemy concerning the gospel. but beloved concerning the election.

Thats why I said, You can not say it was not taught, Even if you disagree with me, You can not say it is not taught, You can only at best say, You disagree it is taught..

Does not say that, Does not say that at all

It says all Isreal. Which includes those who up to that time had been blind, and those who already at that time were seeing. They ALL Will be saved.

Um no.. This is not true

Thus, refers to Isreal being blinded in part. But we as gentiles should not be proud because we were grafted in, Because one day, ISREAL will ALL BE SAVED.

How can you read rom 11 and come up with this stuff?

Agreed, there is nothing end times about the verse, in fact the verse isn't even talking about flesh descendants of Israel.

Oh, So blinded in part. and part seeing is not refering to flesh Isreal? The WHOLE chapter is talking about FLESH Isreal vs gentiles who are saved.

what about all the ones who died never believing?
why were they so unlucky

what about all the ones who died never believing?

They are like gentiles who died and never believed, In hades awaiting eternal torment.
why were they so unlucky

Because like everyone else who did not believe, they rejected the savior of mankind.

Many thought they got an in because they were blood relatives of Abraham, Paul answered than in romans 9 It is never by birth. Amazingly, I know people in churches today who believe the same thing, My parents were christian and I was raised in church, So i am going to heaven.

Oh the blind, who will get a rude awakening on judgment day.

What about Zechariah and the remnant of Israel that is left looking upon him whom they pierced and acknowledging him and weeping for him as one weeps for the loss of a firstborn son....

I was circumcised on the 8th day of the seed and stock of New Mexicanites....does that make me a Gentile Israelite...?

HAHHA yeah just razzin bro.....

There is NETHIER JEW NOR GREEK in Christ, but a NEW CREATION....as in a SON OF GOD......just saying....!
