I painted a small replica of the Sistine Chapel's ceiling on my ceiling.

The sketching part of it took longer than expected at .00000000000000000000002323 seconds.

I wish you would have said something earlier, I could have done the same.

Now that extra second is gone...

We all did something with that second, like breathing.

I read somewhere breading is very important. :)

I was so close of making it to midnight, was watching TV with my date for the evening (my heating pad) and fell asleep and two hours into the new year I am now waking up haha!

Not only that, but how did we survive without technology period? Without our phones or Internet? It's sad I tell you, sad!

The Wednesday before Christmas I went in to work excited that we were going to an office party at the Olive Garden, but as soon as I went and sat down we were notified that we didn't have Internet which meant we couldn't do our jobs and the showroom didn't have electricity and heat. I Was talking to one of the finance guys and we were talking about how we rely so much on technology that when we can't use it for a period of time we can't function...he agreed it was very sad. I personally love the thought of losing power because out comes board games. There is nothing like a good game of monopoly lol
I was a bookkeeper back in the days when real books were used. I can picture me like Bob Cratchit on Christmas Eve, if we had a power outage. lol

I took the books home with me a few times. Once was right before the biggest snowstorm to ever hit the east coast. (So big it also hit England at the same time, but they got less snow.) Philadelphia was closed for a week, but I got paid that week, because I could still work at home. :)

Breading is very important. Where do you put your jam/jelly without it?

=====================================================
just a share Lynn,

I had a somewhat similar related experience when I was about 19-20 and living in NY, I had a job at
a sprinkler factory and it was winter and a wild snow storm hit and I walked to work that day when
the transportation was down - anyone trying to get to work, it was almost an impossibility, anyway,
I walked a good way and when this was noticed by the Ex Sec.. who had also made it there,
she gave me many accolades and they brought me from the 'floor' into the office and an
higher paying position...:eek::)
