False, read post #399 where I confirmed my words by the words of God. And that seems to be the problem here, you guys just don't know or understand the words of God so you just attack me instead. Maybe you guys should actually read the Bible so perhaps you can relate to what I say?

Believe me I do, I am all to aware of my sins and weaknesses and I am constantly working on them. I don't care if someone points the finger to me or says these kinds of things about me but when they do it other and label everyone according to how they see all of us that is where I have an issue

What am I bearing false witness about? I have tried reasoning with you I even asked you about what your message is about even though at first I thought it was the sinless doctrine but I thought maybe I misinterpreted you and asked you about it you then described in your response the sinless doctrine.

Not just me but many people have attempted to reason with you but you just continue to say we speak against you and gods word. Why is your focus so much on sin?

A little on maturing as a born again believer:


It is clear from Scripture that when we first become born again, we are considered "babes in Christ" and we are to feed upon "the milk of the word" in order that we may grow up in Him.

In 2 Tim 3:16, we are told All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Paul's letters to the church are organized in a manner that reveals and emphasizes the doctrine, reproof, and correction shown in 2 Tim 3:16.

Doctrine:

Romans is doctrinal in nature and reveals the gospel of Christ to both Jew and gentile, declares that all are sinners, lost, helpless. In Romans we learn that the saved sinner has been crucified with Christ and was resurrected with Christ. In Romans we learn that we have been made children of God and heirs of God!

Ephesians is doctrinal and is written to those who are faithful in Christ Jesus, those who have learned the lesson of the gospel of Christ shown in Romans. In Ephesians we learn that we are seated in the heavenlies, and that we are to walk in love, walk in light, and walk circumspectly (and that's the order we learn to walk --- first love, then light, then circumspectly). If we haven't learned the lesson of Romans, we are not ready, nor prepared, to learn the lesson of Ephesians.

Thessalonians is doctrinal and is written to those who are fully matured. The Thessalonian believer is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess 1:1); the believer has completely turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God (1 Thess 1:9). The only thing left for the mature believer to do is wait for His Son from heaven (1 Thess 1:10) and while waiting, do what God tells us to do (when God tells us to do it, how God tells us to do it, where God tells us to do it). When God tells us to do something, He may not reveal why He tells us to do what He tells us to do, but we can probably figure that out once we do what He tells us to do.


Reproof:

Corinthians reproves the conduct of the believer who has not followed the instruction laid out in Romans.

Philippians reproves the conduct of the believer who has not followed the instruction laid out in Ephesians.

There is no reproof for the Thessalonian believer as glorification is the next step for him/her.


Correction:

Galatians corrects doctrinal error which creeps in due to the believer not adhering to the instruction in Romans.

Colossians corrects doctrinal error which creeps in due to the believer not adhering to the instruction in Ephesians.

Again, no correction for the Thessalonian believer.

Wow that was really well written Maturing as a believer is important and different people mature at a different rate one may be mature in one way yet a babe in another or another person may be much more mature than another even with the same amount of years in faith.

I think we all need rough edges to be smoothed out in some way or another and we all need to mature in one way or another but the important thing is that we help each other to do this in a loving way. Correction reproofing and edification is vital and can be a great help to one who receives it however in our human nature we can sometimes see this as an attack even i have done this and sometimes still do but a wise man joyfully receives correction knowing that it will help them to grow and mature a fool dismisses it thinking they don't need it.

But maturity and wisdom both come in time we can sometimes get hasty and this might cause us to stumble a bit

Yes. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses. I think this point is well learned by a married couple. With my husband, I found that the areas I had weakness, he was strong and the areas he had weakness, I was strong. Somehow, though, we were able to find humor in those times we became exasperated with each other.

There's a verse in Proverbs about iron sharpening iron (27:17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend). Here is what Matthew Henry Commentary has to say about that:

This intimates both the pleasure and the advantage of conversation. One man is nobody; nor will poring upon a book in a corner accomplish a man as the reading and studying of men will. Wise and profitable discourse sharpens men's wits; and those that have ever so much knowledge may by conference have something added to them. It sharpens men's looks, and, by cheering the spirits, puts a briskness and liveliness into the countenance, and gives a man such an air as shows he is pleased himself and makes him pleasing to those about him. Good men's graces are sharpened by converse with those that are good, and bad men's lusts and passions are sharpened by converse with those that are bad, as iron is sharpened by its like, especially by the file. Men are filed, made smooth, and bright, and fit for business (who were rough, and dull, and inactive), by conversation. This is designed,

1. To recommend to us this expedient for sharpening ourselves, but with a caution to take heed whom we choose to converse with, because the influence upon us is so great either for the better or for the worse.

2. To direct us what we must have in our eye in conversation, namely to improve both others and ourselves, not to pass away time or banter one another, but to provoke one another to love and to good works and so to make one another wiser and better.

My girlfriend Stephanie who is known as artsiesteph on here and I have different strengths and weaknesses but that only brings us closer together because we both help each other to grow strong in the areas we are weak and we help our strong points become stronger. as the verse in proverbs says so well iron sharpens iron

Look at Ecc 4:8-12. It talks about two being better than one and in vs 12 a threefold cord is not quickly broken. The threefold cord is the two plus God.
