I have not heard of there being a limit. After I got above a hundred and something, maybe 150, when I give reps now the other person's number often goes up by two. Not always, but more often than not. I gave out as many reps as I could every day coming up to Christmas and through to over new year's. I tried to give everyone I know who has positively contributed to the site at least one. Of course I don't know everyone, so I would have missed quite a few people just for that reason. And I lost track, too, because unlike Likes, the reps are not kept as a permanent record on your account. Reps don't begin to show until you have made fifty posts, and then once you reach so many number of posts you automatically get one, also. There is a number somewhere that tells you your rep power, aside from the one everyone can see... I can't find mine, probably because I don't know where to look

I wonder who has the highest number of posts. You can see your post rate somewhere, too... doing the math on my time here calculated as 18 months, I average about twenty posts a day. I have given about six thousand more likes than I have received (26,653--20,693)

The more you rep people, the more your rep power goes up.
(that is if you are referring to the rep power shown under you details in each post).
That just shows how many rep points you give to someone if you rep them. So
for example if Magents reps a person they will get 183 points.
Your total rep points received can be found by clicking on settings then scrolling
right to the bottom of the page. For every 100 rep points you get, you
receive another green bar under your name.

She doesn't have that many friends on her list. She needs to update it. 3/4 of the people either left or were banned..

Currently I am the only one with the highest rep powers, AND the highest post count. It's lonely at the top.

Right now, there is only one name. Mine.. lol.. Followed closely by Magenta, Angela and JesusLives. I used to think that the rep powers went to only 100. Obviously they don't because several here have 100 plus powers.
