2. The term "God hides His face" does not mean God has blinded Himself. He still sees what is happening. He can still hear if people repent. It means that God takes away His Hedge of protection from around the person so that they are allowed to suffer some of the consequences of their sins.

3. God doesn't hide His face from Born again believers because they have the Holy Spirit in their hearts and that guides and leads them. There may be times when we are tested, but God warns us of those times before hand.

4. He hides His face from unbelievers who say they don't need Jesus or the Gospel. They believe they can earn their way to heaven through their own works (common theme in Buddhism, Islam, the Pharisees and some Christian circles)
Ok from what you know of the bible, how did Paul I mean Saul become a believer??

I'll tell you what happens to the unbeliever the sinner who is running a mock of things, One day out of the blue God shows His face to that person and Behold we have another believer, thats how faith starts not by repenting first or reading the bible..
How does God show his face to that unbeliever?

Jesus appeared to him on the road to Damascus and struck him blind for 3 days.

Are you implying God appears like that to every believer?

Yes, kids need boundaries and rules... but I don't think that means hiding from them or withholding or not showing them love.

Just like children we all need boundaries and rules...or correction....it's the same with God when he chastises us...

I don't hide from my children or quit showing them love when they are misbehaving...I correct them and explain to them why I had to correct them. I don't see how ignoring them or acting like I don't care about them would help them to learn anything.
See I don't believe that is what the term means.

When God hide His face from Israel, did He stop loving them?

you said even those people can be saved, So I ask again how does the process get moving, does something happen to the unbeliever that gets the ball Rollin and what is that??
It's different for each person but what gets the ball moving for most is when God hides His face from them and they no longer have that hedge of protection. Makes them realize their need for God and they repent and search for Him.

Yes indeed and before that day, Paul was hell bent on killing people... The point is you think God doesn't come to people who don't believe when in reality that's how they become a believer. people that know God just don't come up with that idea out of nothing God came to them in some way shape or form to change that heart of stone...

For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

Saul was searching for God even as he killed Christians. He mistakenly thought he was doing God's work.

So I am not sure how Saul is an example of God hiding His face from someone.

Also you should stick to stating what you believe and not my beliefs.

Exactly and how does God make them realize by showing himself... People who are lost sheep can't find their way home that is why He goes out looking for them.. ever heard of that saying one set of foot prints in the sand though looked back and there was two sets of foot prints.

“Now Saul was consenting to his death.” (Acts 8:1)

But even before that fateful day when young Saul the Pharisee gloated over the brutal death of the innocent disciple Stephen, the Spirit of Jesus Christ was pricking his heart. God had designs for this bright young man, and in His sovereignty He was prepared to knock Saul off His high horse.

That's a good question and probably so I mean who would kill another person if not being tricked by demons..

King Saul and Saul who later becomes Paul are different people.

What do you mean by your reference to the prophet Samuel?

Are we back on the topic of the witch of Endor?

His power and majesty hides his face from view.....remember he had to put Moses in the cleft of the rock, cover him and pass by, only removing his hand after he passed so MOSES could see his backside........... ;)
