I read it in high school, MANY moons ago. I meant to ask you, is Tinuviel from LOTR?

Let us hope that your life will major on the love and minor on the hate in these days of strife. Though, I don't know how anyone could hate you- you are so sweet.
I am going to start a book club thread, if you are interested. I know people have obligations and other things they are reading. I thought it might be nice if a little or big (the more the merrier) group of people might like to read the same book together and talk about our impressions as we go along. No pressure if you've not got the time.

The Silmarillion was good...but it was nothing like The Lord of the Rings (though I love them both). A book club sounds lovely. Unfortunately, I likely won't be joining the book club because I'll be leaving/significantly cutting back very shortly to make more time for school work.
