Humbling experience. A young man, not walking with the Lord scripturally said something to me that offended me and I pridefully chose to address it. OW!!!! I'm still a work in progress and this argument has opened my eyes to a new dimension. God didn't say Love the neighbor that doesn't offend you. He said, 'Go and do likewise" in response to the mercy yielding Good Samaritan. Testimony is then that I grew up in Christ a bit more today. Prayers for TS... I would love them as well. -student
 
Jesus was offended by the sellers in the temple. He was so offended he ran them out going on a rampage. Being offended isn't unchristian, and neither is correcting false teaching.
You can do both and still do it with love.
 
I agree, but I was in need of humbling just the same. Thanks for your encouragement, however!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I sure can relate. Just think, because it happened, it's proof to you that the Holy Spirit is leading and guiding you and you heard His voice.

I get excited when God speaks to our spirit and reminds us of His word. Way to go!!! Who is TS? Or what is TS? I'll pray, God knows. :)
