Nephilim are simply giants of old. We still have very tall people among us today, though.
Some people believe they were the result of angels having sexual intercourse with
human beings, but there is no reason to believe angels are even capable of such.

The seed of the woman is JESUS
Who is the SEED of the SERPENT?

"Do not rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, Because the rod that struck you is broken; For from the serpent's root a viper will come out, And its fruit will be a flying serpent.

I do not take your meaning, nor see the connection between your post and mine.

Jesus called certain people who disbelieved Him children of the devil.

I believe there is a high probability for life elsewhere in the Universe.

There are between 100 billion and 400 billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy according to estimates.
There are between 1 trillion and 2 trillion galaxies in the Universe according to estimates.
Estimates put an Earth sized planet around about 15% of stars.

I have a hard time believing that God created ALL of that...for us. What a terrible waste of space.

Now, whether or not there is intelligent life elsewhere in the Universe...I have not seen enough evidence to point one way nor the other and I don't like to speculate on it. As much as I enjoy science-fiction and it's themes, I don't want to let my already vivid imagination run away with me to speculate about the possibility of advanced civilizations elsewhere in the cosmos. It's a question I don't personally need to have an answer to.

There is a heavenly form and a fallen earthly form.....If it stands to reason that the seed of the woman in JESUS (Genesis 3:15) then how do we apply the SEED of the SERPENT......Your statement about angels is correct....Jesus said the ANGELS IN HEAVEN are neither given or taken in marriage.....WHAT about the angels that left their first HABITATION and the SEXUAL connotation and comparison found in JUDE and them going after STRANGE FLESH....note the men of JUDE wanted to "know them" in a sexual deviant way.........JUST ASKING questions and point to ponder

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork.

Thank you for clarifying :) The angels come to warn Lot were there at the behest of God, not for any perverted purpose of their own, though certainly they were pursued by amoral men who wished to "know" them. I have never seen anything in Scriptures that point to angels being able to manifest for the purpose of sexual deviancy with humans. Men going after strange flesh could pertain to bestiality, but no progeny ever comes of it, because living beings reproduce after their own kind. I am of the opinion that sons of God refers to the line of Seth and daughters of men refer to those who neither acknowledged nor worshiped God. They were unequally yoking themselves, and God is never for that.

You have the option on forums to not post if you do not have an answer to the question that was asked.

I did have an answer. You just didn't like it.

Would you pick up an astronomy book and wonder if it can help you make dinner?

Sure you can twist scriptures and folks can go on a scavenger hunt for you, but the Bible is about Jesus.

Unless you want to know about Jesus and what He has to teach about SALVATION and Eternal life.

then you do better looking through a telescope and looking for aliens yourself.

You should revisit the Genesis account and the Jude account....

The SONS of God and the DAUGHTERS of ADAM<---does not say men says ADAM in Hebrew.....and I did not indicate or imply the bolded above...

and study the bolded words below...

Who is the SEED of the SERPENT?

"Do not rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, Because the rod that struck you is broken; For from the serpent's root a viper will come out, And its fruit will be a flying serpent.

What does the bible say about life on other planets. I look forward to learning about this subject! Thanks

Read Genesis 1, the stars are younger then our earth. And the Stars are only 2 days older then mankind. Bible says nothing about live on other planets. For me it seems that everything was made for us. Great gift!

I just dont gain anything from responses like you made. I dont understand the bible so thats why I asked the question.

Also the older bible doesnt talk about Jesus.

I am impressed by your enthusiasm! The Bible doesn't get into every subject. If it did, it's length would be infinite. However, your average library and bookstore will provide you with a lot of reading on this subject. I, too, take an interest in this subject and am eager to hear what you learn!

I doubt I will ever be convinced that angels can have sex with humans, because it is just not there, and given that God is very clear in Genesis that beings reproduce after their own kind, nor will I be convinced that angels and humans could have progeny. Adam means man, humanity even. So the sons of God were of the line of Seth, God worshipers, and the daughters of MEN were of the line of Cain; being unequally yoked in this way is steadfastly cautioned against ALL throughout Scripture. God is against it because He knows idolatry is sure to follow.

No, you did not say the bolded part, I did, to clarify, that angels manifest at the behest of God. I have seen no verse in Scripture anywhere that has any angel manifesting for their own perverted purposes. Can demons possess a person, or animals? That is something else entirely different.

All of Scripture is about Jesus. He was foretold as early as Genesis three, and
through the rest of the older testaments are prophecies of His future coming,
which we now look back on, while awaiting His return at the end of this age.

Three hundred plus prophesies from older testament fulfilled in Jesus.
