Have you been to see a doctor?
Yes for months I stayed with a doctor just to find out they can't find a problem other than a little arthritis and a small narrowing of one disc. But the pain was not matching what they found. So the only thing they tried was a epidural shot of steroids. It didn't seem to work but I will say it has calmed down some but my lower back is still really weak.

After years of trying all this different stuff I almost get to the point of discouragement. The concrete I work on really irritates it and exercise irritates it. So I mostly just stretch and try to survive holding on to this job. I take meds when needed even though my mind wants them all the time for pain but I'm also not trying to die from kidney failure or holes in my stomach which scares me. And then my anxiety kicks in and panic attacks. I hate medical stuff. My anxiety really gets unhealthy. But oh well that's life.

rough,

we all get 'dis-couraged' at some time or another, but 'fixing' the 'why', is what helps us to grow -
Spiritually and physically...this is where our Love/Appreciation for our Maker comes-in', we have to use what
we have been given, it's a great step for all of us, this thing called FAITH...

I understand God's way of growing old. It's his way of helping us let go of the life on earth. Eventually when we are dying hopefully of old age, pain will be unbearable and eventually even though our minds wanted to hang on. Eventually the pain will be so bad as organs fail, all we want to do is let go.

I say this because when I have been in severe crippling pain I enjoy the idea of one day I will be pain free in death and with Jesus. But then I pause and think why must I deal with this while many my age can do whatever with no problem. But I struggle that way. I keep trying to live mentally before the pain started. I struggle excepting my new life. I mean it's hard to let go being very active and now I got to be careful with anything I do.

Somehow all of this fits into God's plan for me. But I just wish how.

Foods?
Exercises?
Stretches?
Medicine?
Anything natural.
For inflammation, muscle spasms, uncontrolled nerves, back aches/ loss of average movement with back.
For inflammation, back ache:
Aspiin (aspirin is actually a natural medication that has been used for centuries. Its derived from the bark of a willow tree)

For muscle spasms:
Magnesium (It is nature's muscle relaxant. Magnesium pills are sold at walmart and pretty much anywhere that sells vitamins and supplements)

Uncontrolled nerves: That's a new one to me.

I was a certified pharmacy technician.

It's more like a pinched nerve description. I just mean I can not find a good method of dealing with it. So to me it's uncontrolled

For pinched nerves, all I know that would help would be pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds like aspirin. Unfortunately I don't know any remedies that are natural except capsaicin which is the active ingredient in cayenne peppers. Its available in pill form as cayenne/'cayenne fruit' pills. I don't know how effective it is or isn't.

Turmeric is a root. It looks a lot like ginger, but it’s bright orange inside. It’s available as a whole fresh fruit, or more commonly in North America, as a dried, ground spice.
Turmeric has been used for 4,000 years to treat a ton of different conditions ranging from infections to cancers to inflammation to digestive problems. Amazingly, in a 2009 study, researchers found that turmeric eased pain as much as ibuprofen did in patients with arthritis.
Turmeric can be enjoyed as a tea, or used in recipes (many Indian-inspired dishes call for turmeric). You can also buy curcumin (the powerful compound in turmeric) in capsule form.

I hope
u have found ur turmeric recipes/uses. I strive to put in fried rices, a tsp in other recipes where ppl wont question the unusual yellow color. Sure it isnt strong in flavor unless used in quantity, but some tend to ask whats that color for, and it's not an indian recipe or food after all...

You mentioned pinched nerve? Had a real stronger (synthetic) pain reliever given for that (cant recall just now), but that helped so it was easier to deal w/ other issues with that out of the way-).

Mar,

before bed, rub your feet down with either T-Tree OIL or Peppermint Oil, on whatever
is hurting your body, or is causing you 'pain', it will make a difference, unless one has given
themselves over to the 'worlds-remedies', for they will always interfere with Jesus' Natural Cures...

your welcome, RS,

we, hubby and i, when we find certain 'remedies' that work on 'BOTH' of us, then we
automatically know that 'something good is goin-on here'...

growing from our trials and errors, every-day, are what make us who we are in Jesus' Eyes, but we always have
to do our part out of our Love/Thankfulness for Him...
no know-no love-no grow...

Go and see a Chiropractor or Osteopath!

Just this week I went to a chiropractor who specializes in sports injury treatment. After she probed into my injured arm, I was able to touch my right shoulder with my left hand for the first time in years! I have another appointment this coming week and hope to have more success with this type of treatment.

for the both of us they work really well...also before bed we rub one or the other
on the bottom of our feet, this not only eases pain, but soothes and relaxes...
