In Greek, there is not said it is about male, its more about "one of the human race". It can be male, female or both of them.
The same for the second verse:
The death through (hu)man, the resurrection also through (hu)man
So salvation will likewise come from a woman or a race? I don't think so. The point very clearly being made is that sin came by Adam, one man, and likewise from one man, called the second Adam or Jesus Christ, will come salvation. Some men may need to have a man repeat that bit of sensibility to them, since they are senseless when it comes to receiving sensible things from women.
Also, you overlook that Adam was said to have sinned (due to his disobedience to a direct command from God) while Eve was merely deceived. Why do men want to overlook these things?
