Well, be careful reading too much into a smile. I smile at everyone who makes eye contact with me. It usually softens their expression, and brightens their day. It has just become a habit for me to smile at people. And, I'll bet her smile brightened your day a bit.

My phycologist thinks that I won't have a problem finding a girl or making friends once I get break out of the sa.(Apprently, I don't really show my social anxiety that much around my phycologist.) So that's like a good sign that I'll be able to find a girlfriend once I'm get my sa fixed right?

I understand exactly how you feel. I don't have any of the medical problems you describe but I am shy and more of a quiet personality. I've chatted with many local girls online and in person too. No one ever seems to like me more than a friend. I'm 26 and yeah, I like video games, computer stuff, etc. I think that girls are just rarely impressed by guys like us. They mostly only go after the "bad boys". But although I say this, I will agree with everyone else here when they tell you not to give up hope. It might happen someday. I suppose hope is all we have in any case. Its the only thing that keeps me going, just believing that someday things will get better.

it appears this way b/c God is not ready for you to be with anyone as yet and you just have to continue praying and be soulded out. when God decides you will meet her and you will know and i truly believe this because the bible says he that finds a wife finds a good thing. Stay focused
