MY gOD MAN YOUR EVEN SCRUTINISING WORDS WITH THE DICTIONARIES TO PROVE YOUR BAD DOCTRINS......

mate if your not carefull youll end up being a foolish galation...;)
Um, a concordance isn't a dictionary, per se. Well, it is, but it explains every word in the Bible from the word used to how we'd say it in English.

How about Hebrew 1:1 defining it?

There is no need for a sun in the heavenly city of God. Jesus shines so bright...we can't imagine that. That is holiness. Purity.

It will take His whole body on earth and in heaven to match Him. We have degrees of His brightness which we can call a holy life. Yet, will always be less for we are born of earthly parents. Our spirits though...here is our salvation of our soul and body, as we learn to be Spirit.
Interesting fact about creation. Everyone remembers what God did on the first day of creation. It wasn't until the fourth day that he added the "lights in the expanse of the heavens." Therefore, what was that light of the first through third day?

(My mind gets blown with that one.)

You just proved you have no clue....Daniel not saved you say....Yeah OK...good day!

Daniel makes the 11 chapter of Hebrews...one cannot have FAITH and not BE SAVED!

Do you sin....yes or no?
Actually, although I disagree with Ben about Daniel not being saved, Ben really did say he does sin. Hates it, but he does.

I did not miss anything...I read it twice....my point goes to this "we cannot use Daniel" as an example.....and I understand what he said.....sure we are to strive and get more faithful in our walk and we can master over sin, but we will never be SINLESS until we have a glorified body...........the cited examples in this thread proves this.......and yes...everyone of them us applicable and usable as an example......
Yeah, but then to go from there straight to asking Ben if he sinned was unfair, since he did say he sins. Disagreeing if Daniel was saved is different than saying Ben ever said he was sinless. Two different subjects, and it sounded like you assumed he was completely wrong about everything, because he was wrong on one point.

We have had a few threads lately that reject the fact that as a believer we occasionally fail and sin....The bible speaks to this...the only ones who reject this for the most part are those who

a. Believe they can lose salvation
b. Believe they must do good to keep it
c. Believe they must blend faith, works and be sinless after salvation

The following verses prove that even the most righteous men of the bible failed and sinned or had sin.....those who deny this...are missing the mark....

Daniel was a righteous saved child of God....anyone doubt that? NO
John was a righteous mas whom Jesus loved and an apostle...anyone doubt that? NO
Paul was a righteous man who was saved and wrote almost half the N.T...anyone doubt that? NO

Notice their view under inspiration.

For those who say the saved don't sin......or won't sin.......or are without sin......!

DANIEL
Now while I was speaking and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God in behalf of the holy mountain of my God,

And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;

JOHN
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

PAUL
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate. But if I do the very thing I do not want to do, I agree with the Law, confessing that the Law is good. So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.

The only man who was sinless 100% was Jesus...even the most faithful men and women of the bible failed and had sin that they struggled with....the above re all present tense...NOT PAST TENSE......!

For those who say that we advocate a wicked sinful lifestyle because we acknowledge these scriptures.....this is false, misleading and border line lying.........!
Many believers mistaken discipleship and running that race is for salvation, because there is a cutting off from the vine and cast int the fire for not abiding in Him & His words as His disciples just as there is a castaway as a consequence, and not just the loss of the rewards of crowns for failing to run that race by faith in Jesus Christ as our Good Shepherd.

So we are to labor by faith in Him to finish His work in us to be received by Him at the pre trib rapture whereas those that fail are still saved, albeit, they are left behind to be received later on as vessels unto dishonor in His House.

2 Corinthians 5:[SUP]8 [/SUP]We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.[SUP]9 [/SUP]Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.[SUP]10 [/SUP]For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.[SUP]11 [/SUP]Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

So how does each believer wants to be received by Him as? A vessel unto honor or as a vessel unto dishonor that did not look to Him for help to lay aside every weight & sin but instead, lived in sin without repentance nor asking for forgiveness. Either way, they are saved, but every believer & former believer is at risk of losing that eternal glory that comes with our salvation in Christ Jesus which is to be received as a vessel unto honor in His House with crowns.

So ask Jesus today at that throne of grace if there be any wood, stubble, and hay on that foundation which can never be removed because if He has to remove it at the pre trib rapture event for defiling the temple of God, then that believer is nowhere near the Marriage Supper then for there is no fellowship with those in iniquity still at the Marriage Supper.

So ask Jesus today to help you see any iniquity you are in to help you depart from them to be ready to go when the Bridegroom comes.

In which case. Sorry. I went from "not born again" to "not saved" too.

I still disagree with you, but at least it's fair to disagree with what you actually said, not how I interpreted it.

I think Daniel did have the Holy Spirit in him just like we do, or he'd be tossed about quite a bit between those moments the Spirit was in him and not in him. We read parts of Daniel's life. We wouldn't be reading that much, if God didn't keep him in Spirit 24/7. He had faith in the same thing we have faith in -- the Savior. And we have faith because of God, not because of our sheer brilliance. Faith is something God fills us with, not something we manufacture. In that, I really do think Daniel, and all of the great men of God, were born again, even though it was in someone looked forward to, while we were born in a time when we can say who the Savior is by name.

He’s alive and I’m forgiven….Jesus didn’t die for no reason…he died and rose again to save us from sins. We are weak but he is strong. In my weakness I sometimes do wrong but through Jesus I have forgiveness. He is our advocate.

Peter denied the Lord three times yet Jesus still loved him through it all. God is a loving and merciful God.

Born again and saved are synonymous......the OT saints had faith and were led of the Spirit....the only thing that changed was the covenant.....David speaks to this......and I apologized to Ben for misunderstanding his point!
Actually, not synonyms, although, granted, used as if they are. Born again is "regenerated." It is a specific point of salvation, happens almost instantly, but not quite the same thing. A whole bunch of things happen so quickly it feels like it's all the same thing, but if it were, then God's word would call it the same thing.

Called, regenerated, faith, repent, justified, adopted, all parts of salvation that seem to happen in a moment, but not the all of salvation. Sanctified and glorified are also parts of salvation.

if you have 2 twin boys. One you tell them Don not write on the wall< if they then do it after you have told them, they are guilty and need to repent or "stop writing on the wall"

if you never tell the other and He writes on the wall, it doesnt make Him guilty, it means He was ignorant of the right thing.

to answer your Question, if we want to Know what is right, we go to the Word and learn. But He is gentle He doesnt load down a person with things they arent able to do. I still find things i didnt see in the gospel, that i have read for 20 years. its a walk, a journey, Our place is to walk according to the Knowledge we receive. No One apart from Christ is "sinless" but those who walk according to thier conscience have no guilt. Our conscience is regulated By our knowledge of Christ. and that again is different for each person depending on where they are in the walk. its the reason we cant Judge one another, and the same reason were Judged By the word.
There were two brothers named Cain and Abel. Neither was ever told not to kill anyone, and yet God still held Cain accountable for doing just that. The knowledge was always there. We are not Tabula Rasa.

And let us also not forget that the truth is built line upon line and precept upon precept....HOW many scriptures get chunked in favor of a particular view....their must be a balance....JUST like ALL the verses I quoted buy the men in the bible who were saved, faithful, wrote under inspiration and served God yet they all CONFESSED SIN AFTER salvation....YET there are a few who still DENY this, argue against it and SAY WE promote sin.........
Off topic/random curiosity:
Which part of the States are you from, DC? "Chunked" isn't a regionalism I recognize. I like it, but I've only heard you use that word, so I'm curious what part of the states you're from? (I'm more used to chucking, in lieu of chunking. lol)

That is not really accurate I knew where I stepped in.
My point was that no one who acts with argumentive spirit do any good. Bible tells us not to take part in foolish arguments.
Hence my question.. I was hoping someone might remember and stop.
Any case as this argument will have nothing productive but insults counter insults ungodly behaviour and all sorts of sinfull acts
dusting my feet and disappearing in distance :) .

I don't know about others, but I can't even walk without God holding my hand. I can do nothing good by myself and I need his help everyday.

All have sinned there are none righteous not one! Christ wrapped me in the robe of "His" righteousness (Isaiah 61:10) and therefore the prayers of the righteous avail much. Because it is not in me but in He my righteousness is found. He has given me everything! I turn from sin not to be approved but because i am approved and want to please our precious Lord who showed me such mercy. Yes His mercy is renewed every (lam 3 22-23) morning oh thank you precious Lord! Allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you with regard to your sin.
