Jim - I agree with you in part of this truth.
What changed my thinking was the doctrine of the Kingdom.
The new covenant is the Kingdom coming to earth through the indwelling Holy Spirit.
And this seal is very much the Kingdom in a new way in the believers life.
It is also why we access to the Holy of Holies, and we are the temple of the Most High.
Once one accepts this change, then the theology of how can we sin and still be in the
Kingdom?
So you have the holiness group, and the gnostic group. I sit unfortunately somewhere
between the two. Neither group like that. I have a mystical attitude to being born again
but as a whole being, and accept that in sanctification we stumble and have issues, though
faith counts us as being righteous through it all. All marriages have rough patches, but does
not mean a divorce is going to happen.
Now you know how extreme people are when any compromise with reality makes you evil.
So I would favour God knows the elect from the beginning of time, but we are called to
treat all in love including those who will betray us.
Do people come to faith and then fall away? It appears so. Where they saved or not?
The Lord knows, but I only know what I see. And does my opinion change what happens
in anyones life? I do not think so. But what does change people is to know we are loved,
and what we are born into is not our fault, it is our opportunity to bring glory to God.
Nope my faith started with believing one truth which lead to other truths...LOL. So this is still appropriate........

If you build your faith upon a lie it is worthless... and the biggest lie of all is you can recieve salvation befor the day of redemption..

I have no clue what others are or are not. But if you say something that I am not or that
scripture does not support, I am called to merely speak the truth.
Imagine if the Lord just gave you all the answers to the issues being posed to you.
Who is speaking, yourself or the Lord or both? In this arena we are not talking to people
but to our King who rules in our hearts. And my desire is to serve Him. So that is all
I focus on, not myself. So I do not understand you point, just what the feeling you are
projecting, you do not like what I represent. But if I represent Christ, then halleluyah,
that is our calling. It is what ministry really is, and what gets people rejected and hated.
Ironic that. Who would speak for the Lord if the people you are sent to will kill you?
Maybe because to serve the King is the greatest honour anybody can be given, Amen.

The subject is purity and saying we need to be pure to follow Christ.
Sirks sentence implies the purity held is a lie, disgusting, repulsive.
Now I know I am slow, and some ideas are quite contorted, but this
rejection is very plain and in your face.
But here is EG saying I am being dishonest. He cannot get away from
calling me a liar, over just responding to obvious sentiments.
It must be something that eats away at his soul, because I do nothing

The verse you posted is in the context of the tribulation. And it's physical salvation, not eternal life.
Acts 16:31. It is the only thing that is possible for you to hear at this time. But obviously you got a LOT of religion, so the Holy Spirit has His work cut out for Him

you would of made everyone believe that the day of eternal life has come even tho the bible states i write theese thing so you may know you have eternal life,,, it doesnt state so you know you willl have eternal life from this day on..

I believe God loves me. Who are you to believe the creator of the universe loves you?
He died upon the cross for me. So what, that was just a failure meeting the world and loosing.
He rose again from the dead and sent the Holy Spirit into my life.
You a sinner, lost, mortal, how dare you claim to walk in love and righteousness. Only Jesus
could do this.
Jesus called me to follow Him, to be yoked alongside Him, to be joint heirs on the throne of
my life and learn victory, love and reaching out to others in support.
You arrogant ... How dare you compare yourself to Christ and claim He would take a loser
like you and make you like Him.
So spoke many enemies of God against Gods people down through the ages, and still
those with transformed hearts walked rejoicing into eternity. God says the most
gracious things about His people, because He makes it come true. Amen. Quietly
in rooms, alone, in prayer, in daily giving to Christ, in the beauty of intimacy
and sensitivity, with an open heart, He makes us whole.
So I just ask you, if I have come to know this, so can you, it is all there in scripture
just believe it and make it true today.

And these are my friends, ones who are sent to encourage and love me as part
of the family. Woe. If this is the family, their enemies would be nicer.
Would you say to a child, come here while I chop off your hand, do open heart
extraction, and destroy all you hold dear. But this is what it feels like.
Is it because so many people are seriously disappointed or burnt? This is not
normal behaviour by anyone. It is only done against people they want to hurt,
not a little but a lot. So what is not being said? Why the antipathy?
Righteous aspirations are Christs, and are embedded in Gods nature. Make enemies
of this and you are enemies of God. It is not more serious than this. It almost
has nothing to do with me. And so your blood is not on my hands, Gods judgement
comes because of attitudes and behaviour such as this. I have no fear before
man if I have no fears before my King, because my King and His ways matter above
all else. Repent and make your peace with Him before he makes peace with your soul
in judgement.
