I believe there are diffrent concepts to pauls teachings,,,,,,, where as The one who endures to the end will be saved,,, only has one true meaning as its Goal the prize for running the race...

You will never understand bro until you view scripture in light of the context...this is indicative of physical preservation through the great tribulation and has no bearing on salvation........

Shakes head at you inability to view scripture in light of context....

I read where someone said our works are filthy rags. I just don't understand how that is.
Knowing me, I probably goofed up somewhere.
That is usually said in relation to salvation, meaning, being a good person is not the way to attain eternal life, for Jesus is the only way... faith in His propitiatory sacrifice on our behalf; He became sin for us and paid the price (death) required under the law.

im not right God is...
It is not the resurrection but the changing of our body of humiliation to the body of His glory which reveals our final salvation (Phil 3.21), and that is already guaranteed to all whom He has justified (Rom 8.30)..

so thats the end of my faith then dc......and my faith has been false all along... i must be an unbeliever for believing that faith if kept to the end will be rewarded....

1 Peter 1:5Amplified Bible (AMP)

[SUP]5 [/SUP]who are being protected and shielded by the power of God through your faith for salvation that is ready to be revealed [for you] in the last time.

to deny this scripture is to deny God,,, something that satan did...

I never said that or implied that....to dent the CONTEXT of any given verse is to DENY GOD.....and my words ring true concerning this post......

This is referring to physical salvation not eternal salvation. Your picture illustrates it exactly. The man in the middle has endured to the end and is therefore wounded but physically saved by his comrades. But when GOD SAVES someone they are eternally saved.

JIMBO has claimed that the resurrection IS salvation.

It seems too difficult for you to understand that all are resurrected and yet not all are saved, therefore, the resurrection does not equal salvation.

I have already received God's salvation, which was guaranteed to me when I was saved once for all through God's justifying grace and the new birth (Tit 3.5).

I am at present being saved from the power and pollution of sin as a consequence (1 Cor 1.18).

One day I will be totally delivered from sin, and its very presence. Then will I be finally saved, something which was guaranteed for me when God first saved me.

This is fantastic hope brother it really is...
thankyou for posting and reminding me this...now for the the true brothers of christ... let your hearts be filled as you march on knowing your saved and your going to do it...... all tho we can do it together or devided ? over a small fact that salvation comes at the end. this is worth praying for as we press on towards that goal...

JIMBO disagrees with you while pretending you are in agreement.

Nope it seems to me that you think im in favor of losing your salvation... wheres as i say to you you cant lose something that hasnt been given. thats why i live in hope,, i love my faith and i find my self drawing nearer and nearer to something that i just love which his is spirit...

Ps i dont want to be the author of confusion for you i wouldnt even mind you saying your going to do it... but because you walk in his faith does not mean youve been justfied yet...

Now im not saying havent and your not going to do... because for me being justfied is one things but recieving the othe the reward,,, is another...

I have said zero about that. Changing the subject or running your mouth on some unrelated topic will not help you. Just admit you were wrong, since all are resurrected and yet not all are saved. Therefore, the resurrection does NOT equal salvation. You seem to have a great deal of difficulty acknowledging that.

Amen to that.....

And shall come forth; they that have done good, to the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, to the resurrection of damnation.
