I never stated anything against simplying warning or informing others. However as I stated before there's no need to call a newcomer foolish when they have no history of what happened on this site. People make mistakes however by addressing it in the matter ya'll do people could decide to refrain from posting for help again. But you & Mag can address people however you want.Hello!! NOW she is more than aware that there are creepers on here.. Let me tell you a true story about a woman who used to be a member here. "She" joined here as a female. Had access to the Ladies forum and everything. Over time, "she" let it slip that "she" actually was a man. More accurately, a transgender living as a woman. Everyone here who knew "her" was shocked to learn the truth. "She" neved creeped on anyone but just the fact that a man had access to the ladies forum was kinda scary in itself. Two more true stories, both happened in the chat rooms. A male newbie got on cam butt nekkid and showed us EVERYTHING. And a pedophile openly declared that he likes boys better than girls, because in his words, "they have more meat". They both got promptly banned but the fact is, crazies like that are on here all the time. You say that telling the OP her suggestion was foolish, is wrong. I say telling her was smart because now she knows what can happen on here..
You are completely off the mark. For starters, we did not call HER foolish, but her request.I never stated anything against simplying warning or informing others. it's a pretty immature response to the situation if you ask me. You would think christians would say to a newcomer, "Welcome we advise you not to make such a request because this site has a history of creeps but we will be glad to help you". Not "that's such a foolish request" & thats it.You are completely off the mark. For starters, we did not call HER foolish, but her request.

Blue please learn to read I have stated previously you said what she request was foolish. Do you think Jesus would address people like you and others do to eachother? If you do your only fooling yourself just saying.Prynce, please learn how to read. Nowhere in my initial post, did I call HER foolish.. I called her idea to have men PM her, foolish. There IS a difference..
Theres no need for you to leave galathea, you are welcomed hereGuys, PrynceNY already helped me with what I needed and I am sorry I made people think I had second intentions because I didn't. And I'm feeling pretty sad right now because the topic was virginity, I didn't want to discuss with women because being a woman myself I know there are things that can bring conflicts and I just wanted the perspective from the opposite sex, is that so bad? Why did some of you assume I was going to discuss something illegal or horrible? God. I now know that the two responses that hurt me the most came from women, precisely. I'm done here. God bless you all even the ones who thought I was just a creepy dude disguised as a woman or someone with a double intention.
I did not assume anyone is naive. I specifically worded my posts to show I was not making any such assumption. How is telling someone something sensible trying to strike fear into them? My goodness. You say perspective is everything but completely overlook the context and what is explicitly said. Why do some people come to such negative assumptions or try to strike fear into people. I don't get it really. While pointing out something which is true 'wherever you are', it is kind of pessimistic. I like to think God is an optimist really. Someone who walks with God is quite capable of looking after themselves, I truly believe that. It's kind of like the parent that shelters their child and doesn't let them go out or have friends because 'there are bad people out there'.
You either believe you live in a hostile universe or a friendly universe. I like to think in God's view of equal love for anyone he sees it as a friendly universe. However if you are into what God judges (definitely not a reflection of what you judge right?), then you are probably going to live in a hostile universe. God is Love, God is Judgemental - these are both polar opposites in the Bible. What I've found is people tend to be more judgemental than loving, because, it's easier right? What slips out of you easier, love or judgement?
Perspective is everything.
I try not to assume someone is a naïve person, and that naïve is worse than cautious and paranoid. It's kind of like saying faith is naïvety, to some degree. If I have faith that someone is going to be fine, is that powerful, or is that naïve? Should I be telling them the world is a bad place don't trust anyone?![]()
Oh and by the way I would never post something on here to get any attention. I am not an attention seeker I just had something in my mind that was troubling me and needed someone to talk to.
Well, you misrepresent what was said so you are being dishonest. I hope you are proud of yourself. You will have to deal with your lack of honesty before God, as you said.it's a pretty immature response to the situation if you ask me. No one PM'd me with any pics, just nice offers to help. No one approached me in a weird or creepy way.
