I find that if I don't get enough to eat, I get horrible headaches with nausea. I think it is the result of my blood sugar dropping too low.
Migraines are awful, yes they can come from not eating. Not getting enough sleep, as well. I have never had nausea though. Did you speak to your doctor about it?
My friend had a migraine for 4 days before he gave in and went to the dr. he had the flue, and did not know it. I am glad that yours is better.
