Does it seem ironic / wrong to anyone else that something so naturally dairy as cream can somehow morph into a product like a non-dairy creamer and yet still be called all natural? I guess natural cream substitute just didn't have a very wholesome ring to it.
Here is what I read on the matter:
Used in moderation, Natural bliss is a healthier alternative to most coffee creamers - especially non-dairy varieties.
There’s no doubt when compared to other coffee creamers, Natural Bliss is the better choice, mainly because the list of ingredients isn’t a mile long. Although creamers can be a tasty addition to a coffee beverage, they also come with processed sugar, extra calories, and questionable flavorings. It would be better to stick to a regular milk and cream product like half & half and add in the sugar and flavorings of your choice. Remember that full-fat is better than no fat and choosing organic (not just “natural”) ensures that you are getting the best quality.
I guess I could just go with half & half.
