Go look at his post....as a "cake taker" he contradicts himself regularly....one minute cursing and accusing and embellishing while misrepresenting the facts and then the next statement like the quote you referenced....dual souled, unstable, beguiled and both bitter and sweet water from the same source....We all know what that indicates.....!
AND to be FRANK.....ANY man who states the imputed righteousness of Christ is a neat little trick that does not work....has lost any and all credibility in my eyes as a valid source of truth....any truth!
I have given up understanding your ideas. They are way too advanced for me.
I am just glad the Lord has forgiven my sin and accepted me as His child.

Peter. Please understand that all of us do not disagree with your way life and how you follow Christ. I for one agree with you how we should live AFTER we are saved. But to say that we have to live like you and I after we are saved to remain saved...............Is just not true. There are many who get saved and Don't advance in the Christian way of life after being saved.
There is NOBODY here that disagrees with you on how we should live after being saved. But the fact remains that there are many believers who will not live like you and I, but they are saved because Grace is a FREE gift.
If we fail in Glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ in time we lose many eternal rewards and will be called "least" in His kingdom,But we will be in His Kingdom.

Well im sorry but from what I recall Jesus was the only one on this earth that left sin free.

He calls us His children and He loves us enough to teach us how to live godly lives for His glory and show God's love to others!

So after you are saved does God teach you to live godly lives or so you remain the same sinner stuck in sin?

The people of the Kingdom are not part-time citizens.
If you do not walk in the ways of Christ, you are probably not in Him at all.
How is it a group who want so badly to say they are not religious are saying
join the club once, member for life and into eternity, which is exactly what
religion takes as its modus operandi.
dc - Are you worthy of being taken to heaven? Are you in unrepentant sin and rebellion
or walking in the Spirit and in communion with Christ?
If after the many years of faith you have, you are still bound in sin and failing, how do you
know you are in Christ at all?
And if you know Christ did a great work in you, why do you live in denial of this and
constantly condemn yourself when He does not?
Is the Lord nit picky or is He always about where your heart is?
Those who believe they live a sinless, without fault or defect, flawless, absolute perfect life 100% of the time (exactly as Jesus lived) are suffering from a terminal case of self righteousness (1 John 1:8-10). The only reason we leave this world sin free is because of the blood of Christ, yet none of us are sin free "in of ourselves."
My friends, as called by Christ to heavens ways we are called to walk as the Son walked.
Now it is not imitation, but taking the love He has planted within us, and loving others as
He has loved us. Our focus needs to be on this serving and caring, this uplifting and
making whole.
Sin is the way of life that is opposite to this. It is a choice of the will, and a way of going
about things.
It sounds to me like people do not understand the difference between night and day,
darkness and light, what makes us the people of Heaven. In your heart now, does love
and joy in Christ well up, or anger and resentment? I would hope and pray it is love and
joy at Christ and the work He has done in all of us.
So what makes you doubt, when your time comes, He will not have brought this work
to completion? Because I trust Him and His ways and His promises and have seen this
work in many lives, so why not yours today?
Lord, may you draw us closer to your glorious light, and bring your love deeper into our
hearts to that is shines through everything and all that we do, to the glory of your Son
and your Kingdom, In Jesus's Name, Amen.

At that time, the Pharisees and teachers of the law were viewed as the epitome of righteousness to the rest of the Jews. If anyone was getting into heaven, it would be the Pharisees and teachers of the law in their eyes. But by telling His hearers that their righteousness needs to "surpass" that of the Pharisees and teachers of the law, Jesus was pointing out the futility of a works-based righteousness. So what is this righteousness that qualifies us for entrance into the kingdom of heaven? Philippians 3:9 - and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith.
Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
Heb 10:17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

Amen...and what is in brown above shows that the law means "the good works that we do to try to create and maintain our own righteousness". The Law represents the self-efforts we do by the flesh to "keep ourselves saved".
There are fruits of righteousness but these are from the reality that we are already righteous in Christ and will never be any more righteous then the day we received Christ when we heard the word of Him and what He has already done on the cross and resurrection. Eph. 1:13.
Christ Himself is our righteousness - religion gets this backwards and try to establish their own righteousness by what they do or don't do. That's an anti-Christ belief system that nullifies the very grace of God needed to bring about transformation by the Holy Spirit.
Wrong, Abraham believed God and He counted it to him for righteousness, Both in the context of Genesis 15 and in Romans 4.6 there were no works of faith.
Indeed it is specifically said otherwise. Romans 4.2, 4-5. You have to twist the Scripture to maintain your unscriptural position,.
His work of faith was AFTER he believed. But God saw only his faith. MAN required works of faith.

Amen! In James 2:21, notice closely that James does not say that Abraham's work of offering up Isaac resulted in God's accounting Abraham as righteous. No! The accounting of Abraham's faith as righteousness was made in Genesis 15:6, many years before his work of offering up Isaac recorded in Genesis 22. The work of Abraham did not have some kind of intrinsic merit to save his soul, but it proved or manifested the genuineness of his faith. This is the sense in which Abraham was justified by works, "shown to be righteous."
In James 2:22, faith made perfect or complete by works means bring to maturity, carry to the end, to complete like love in 1 John 4:18. It doesn't mean that Abraham was finally saved based on the merits of his works, as works salvationists teach. When Abraham performed the good work in Genesis 22; he fulfilled the expectations created by the pronouncement of his faith in Genesis 15:6.
Romans 4:2 - For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it (faith, not works) was accounted to him for righteousness."
