Hi Sparkman, I guess I'm not quite sure what your motive is. I've been reading the forums and when I come across any of your posts, that I have seen, it is very negative and complaining. Is this all you are about? I am sure there is much more to you than some guy just sitting behind a computer complaining about people you disagree with.
I believe demons have more of an influence than some Christians want to admit. The bible does tell us to put on the Armor of God. Usually if there is a warning about something there is a reason for it. They don't make toxic hazard signs just because they think they are cool or pretty looking.
You seem very passionate about your faith and I think you are just coming at it all wrong by complaining and attacking other members.

I've been here for over three years. With some, they are newer people and often mentally ill. I don't bother addressing those. When there is persistent behavior by the same individuals over time, it becomes tiring. The response of most is simply to do nothing because they don't want to rock the boat...or to ridicule them, either overtly or subtly.
I know that I don't make any friends by pointing out the issues, but perhaps seekers will see the comments and realize there are a good number of sane individuals who don't attest to the lunacy of these individuals. Whether it is "unloving" to address continual behavior like this, I won't comment upon. I think it's unloving to ignore it and to let them convey the notion that Christians are like this.
You will find threads where I also address cultic groups that teach Sabbath/festival/clean meat observances are required from Christians as well. That is part of my background, and I get a lot of flack for that too. Again, I don't much care what others think concerning me addressing those issues.
I will agree that the spiritual realm is real. However, these guys take it way too far, and have this view that they are spiritual ninjas that are fighting some kind of cosmic battle with Satan through their demon deliverance, raising the dead, and mass healings. I don't believe their claims. Their behavior doesn't reflect sound thinking. I believe God does perform miracles, but I don't believe THEM. Some of them have openly lied to me on subjects where there is no doubt. For instance, one of them is a banned user and he claims he is not that person, even though he has the same voice and the same views. Why would anyone trust the testimony of a liar? Others have claims that are so incredulous that there is virtually no chance of them being true.
