Hi all,

I thought I could start a thread for fans of "Pilgrims Progress".Feel free to post favourite quotes, ideas or memes or anything that stood out to you in this book.
I am including videos and maps because I thought they were rather good!

We've read it to our children, The book is rich in spiritual truth, and our children loved it, and so do we.

I particularly like these two images :) Thanks for posting these videos! I will watch them at some point :) I did try reading the book many years ago, after becoming a Christian, but is was a slog... I am listening to it now (the third video you posted) and I like it so far :D
 
Most welcome,Magenta....I like to relax with those movies and have a nice mug of home brewed coffee and a fat slice of caramel cake when I need a pick-me- up! I find the story so uplifting and I truly identify with Pilgrim as a stranger and alien in hostile land making his way home to the Celestial city.I believe you will be truly blessed with the movies too ,especially since they are peppered with scripture!

I will have to get some cake! :D Yes, we are aliens and strangers here, for this fallen world is not our forever home. Praise God that He has called us out of the world and the life we were living :)
