I don't think defining "grace" is paramount. The Lord loves us, shows us the way, and when we repent of our sin, forgives us.Grace was taught to me as an unmerited favor. But then I read this, Christianity Rediscovered: "Grace is Unmerited Favor" - This Common Definition is Wrong
What do you guys say about this?
"Grace is everything Jesus. Grace lives because He does, works because He works, and matters because He matters. He placed a term limit on sin and danced a victory jig in a graveyard. To be saved by grace is to be saved by Him— not by an idea, doctrine, creed, or church membership, but by Jesus Himself, who will sweep into heaven anyone who so much as gives Him the nod. Not in response to a finger snap, religious chant, or a secret handshake. Grace won’t be stage-managed." - Max Lucado

“This grace of God is a very great, strong, mighty and active thing. It does not lie asleep in the soul. Grace hears, leads, drives, draws, changes, works all in man, and lets itself be distinctly felt and experienced. It is hidden, but its works are evident.” ― Martin Luther

Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. It is what is Christ that makes us strong. Trying to separate grace from Christ is like trying to separate the wet from water.

I've gotten old enough not to simply buy what anyone is selling. I check out who is selling and why. Since Liat Lim didn't want me to find out who he is, what he is selling, or why, I didn't bother seeing his wares.Grace was taught to me as an unmerited favor.
