T.F. Torrance espoused a theology called "Trinitarian Theology".
I am wondering if anyone here has ran across this, and if they can explain it to me succinctly.
"Trinitarian Theology" does not relate to proving the Trinity doctrine. The Trinity doctrine is assumed, and all real evangelicals believe in it.
My understanding is that Trinitarian Theology relates to how the doctrine of Trinity is extended to the other areas of Christianity, but I do not understand the essence of the teaching.
Any comments by someone who is familiar with Torrance's teachings would be appreciated.
Again, there is no question that the Trinity doctrine is biblical. This thread relates to the teachings of TF Torrance and some other theologians who have examined how the Trinity doctrine extends into the rest of theology.
