Sorry ariel, they are nuts. Anyone who says behaviour does not matter has gone
nuts. As humans everything is about behaviour. We spend 20+ years learning culture
and how to behave as adults.
But hey, here is a faith that says, believe in God and behaviour is no longer relevant.
I know a bunch of nutcases in Islam who follow a similar approach. Killing people is
no longer murder, it is execution for ...... fill in the blanks.
And you can do what you like, as long as it is not banned.
I had one guy telling me life was based on facts and not emotions.
Some seriously repressed guy, and living in cloud cockoo land.
Emotions are so fundamental we keep them under wraps because we
too easily go haywire. It is why it takes so long to grow up, to match
emotions to sense. And Jesus is all about making sense of emotional,
spiritual and intellectual life. Miss this and you miss Him.

illustration, and being hard hearted, could be dc, but there are plenty of other examples
of this I have come across.

exnihilo I would be struck down and be a heap. Well, did not happen and he went off in
his nutcase belief system. Guys who believe they have real authority can show it by walking
on water, and then come back and testify to the glory of God. It they cannot do this simple
demonstration of authority, they are just deluded.
The other funny thing, is dc has called me all names I could think of, but I am not bothered,
because I know his mo, and it does not work if you know they are nuts.
I learnt this when dealing with someone with schizophrenia. It is hard if you feel there is hope
of getting respect and you have done something wrong that needs correcting, the empathetic
response. But once you realise they nutcases are just manipulating your empathy, the bond
in broken, the power removed.

His true colors coming out.....everyone should......it is one thing to disagree and many do and even to have somewhat heated conversations, but to call one nuts, a psychopath and equate one to Islam and murder goes beyond the rules of this site.......I try not to report anyone because of mercy.......but this one should be reported by all who read it....regardless of one's belief and or disagreement we do not say such things....!

leads to the same insane place. It is a version of lawlessness.
Where lawlessness reigns, psychopaths rule. It is why ISIS exposed young boys to
brutality and murder, so as the deaden them so they can go and do herrendous acts
without any conscience issues.
Once you grasp this process, you realise why Jesus talked about behaviour and love matter.
It is also why g7 tries so hard to turn lawlessness into self righteousness, because he wants
to hide the fruit of throwing over morality is the total decay of society.
You cannot have children growing up in a sexually abusive society with pornography and
no boundaries but that is our culture which certain belief systems are happy to go along
with.
And what am I guilty of? Believing Gods law is precious and glorious, holy and perfect,
given from on High, which in Christ we are empowered to walk in. It is so far from the
drivel these guys push and the totally compromised position with the world, you cannot
tell the difference between the world and them, and they are often actually proud of this

Instead of calling them a psychopath or nutcase. And I'm LOL'ing at "joined my friends on the funny farm".

Sounds like he lost the plot a bit. Just lost his temper. Shouldn't really be online if he can't handle the conversations on here. He needs to chill and take a break. Maybe some training on anger management and to learn to chill, I don't know the history of what was said, but if he's calling you stuff like that, for him to maybe stop taking things so personal too. Sounds like he just lost his temper and went nuts.
I don't blame you for not reporting him, he needs help to cool down and to not say stuff like that. Getting him banned won't help him. Yes what he did is wrong but... he needs help. I will pray that he gets his anger sorted out and gets better.

The irony is, dc being a military man is proud of his conformity with morality, though
his spiritual position is actually denying it, he cannot stand the idea of being related to
islamic nut cases.

You are unreal.. The TRUTH is, Dcon being ex-military has nothing to do with his sense of morality. NO ONE likes being compared to murderers, or Islamic killers. And you've done both now, in more than just one post. If someone called YOU an psychopathic murderer, you'd be more than offended and you know it.

someone about talking to their partner. The trouble is you take these short posts
way too seriously. These are ideas, positions, explorations, discoveries of peoples
experiences. Sometime something new comes along, but often it is endless sniping
over nothing, and artifical I am upset etc.
But then maybe you do not learn very quickly. And I do not think you have spotted
the fact that there are a lot of real nutters, and they often are attracted to religious
groups. I am sure some would regard me as crazy, but if I can be a fool for Christ
I just say, Amen, Praise the Lord.
What you might not have realised, is people get so lost in the trees they do not
see the forest. Repeatedly stating the obvious positions does not make it more true,
but it does show the shallowness of the position being presented and rather like a
repeat record, it is just indoctrination. lol. But Jesus is the living Word, Amen.
