JESUS delivered me from insomnia because I trust HIM now to sleep. HES NEVER FAILED ME EVERRR. HE CAN HELP YOU TOO. the reason i stayed up thought HE was going to put me in hell because what i deal with nope HE LOVESSSSS ME
yesterday i was being so persecuted and just felt everyone hated me but dad text me saying love you wowooowwo i was just sooooo happy it made me cry i was just so discouraged. GOD TALKED THROUGH MY DAD SAYING HE LOVED MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. That is huge to meeeeeeee. i was in the worst state than, ran away from hubby just was horrible
((( but that text makes me know that GODS LOVES ME. if my dad loves me GOD LOVES ME TOO.
Glad to hear such a moving testimony, since I've endured some similar things, and many people do endure suffering through sleep disorders. It's great to hear a reminder that Divine intervention is still the best sleeping pill, since, like all pharmaceuticals in a fallen world, they all have side-effects.
Many people experience nightmares associated with morning waking and other issues like some depression medications can cause nightmares, and many other things and experiences in life can cause sleep disturbances, including being around other people who are non-Christian, or Christians who are not living a Christian life, which can have even worse consequences since we know better as Christians--being associated with those who live unhealthy lifestyles that are known to cause "side-effects" such as sleep disturbances, nightmares, depression, and many experiences associated with bondage-related effects (see the book, "The bondage breaker and Freedom in Christ Ministries--Dr. Neil Anderson).
It's simple really. When people, especially Christians, venture into the territories or "realms" of the world, many of which are under the influence and/or control of fallen demonic powers, especially these days as the last days approach on an unknown timetable, (i.e., 1 year, 2-5 years, 5-10, years, 10-30...etc....) and the Bible says, that Peter quoted, "a day is as a athousand years to the LORD, and a thousand years is as a day."
When people venture into the realms of the shadows of night-- void of light, and spiritual light, it's like venturing into a swamp. What the malicious spirits attempt to do, is cause the person to be oblivious to the danger, or to let their guard down and lose vigilance (Peter said, "be watchful, vigilant, )...
[yeah, just ask me how I know this...oh wise one...yeah-- life can be a brutal teacher without Jesus)
so....along comes clueless, blinded Christian, humming blindly along, thinking,..."you know, this mid-life crisis is getting boring... same old life, same tired marriage, same tired job..." and they can lose sight of Christian spiritual reality-- the further into the swamp, the more under it's influence you may become-- especially if you are looking for something less boring. And people looking for the world's solutions, often find them.
Further into the swamp....step by step...more shadows of morality, ethics...finally morality can become confused. And the longer and further into the dangerous swamp, the more deadly are the spiders and snakes, and "creepy-crawlers" of the swamp. Aplace where only "Duck Dynasty" can safely go, where no city-dweller has gone before....
but, the wayward Christian ventures out of safety and finally gets bit by a spider or snake...maybe it's deadly-- you're dead in 3 minutes...or maybe not--
to quote the late Steve Irwin of Australia: "One boyte from thayt venomouus snoyke, and Oiym a gonnah"
