For me, I have found it useful, as I read the Bible telling me I am not of this world, but go into it and preach the Gospel; to start from a premise of realizing I actually am just visiting earth even now, and I am from heaven coming to love people sincerely from that post, versus the post of living in the world, yet to struggle from not being of it.
You are a family member of God's by way of God's promise, as you have accepted Christ into your life, as your life; and as a family member, you are already apart of the Kingdom of God, so remember your mind can never be under your control unless you bring it there; there is no gift for control. You may pray till doomsday but your brain will never concentrate if you don't make it concentrate.
Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will establish your paths, simply means when He says you are not going to hell, you are not going to hell, and when he says, be careful to live as you have been freed to do, then live towards God in that freedom. Be anxious about nothing.."Come to Me...and i will give you rest." Let God fight His spiritual warfares; as you must oblige Him in that stand. Simply rest in the love of God, and He will keep you in His rest as you stand against the enemies of God; the principalities and darkness of the spiritual realm. I pray this is encouraging...

I have such a deep regret that the bdf does such damage to people..... Psalm6819 is to valuable to lose. Most of the people who frequent the bdf are grown adults older than me even yet they act like children in their silly heated arguments and though many including myself have attempted to still the fires and to warn of the damage they are doing to people to frequent this site it just goes in one ear and out the other.

Unfortunately, most Christians believe that God is a sadistic monster who will torture and torment all who refuse to bend the knee to him and confess Him as Lord. Most cannot even get straight that hell is a translation of four different words from the original languages of Hebrew and Greek. All that aside, I apologize to you, Psalm6819, if I have ever said anything to offend you. In my church, we are going through 1 Peter 1 right now, and the preaching on it yesterday spoke so deeply to my heart, because I have been feeling the strain and drain of the toxicity of this place on my spirit also, and yet, we are exhorted and encouraged to stand and proclaim the gospel and not deviate from sound doctrine. No matter what you choose to do, may God continue to richly bless you, Psalm!

Dont ever consider or call yourself anything else other than that.
We all make mistakes, get it wrong but It does not change who we are in Christ and what we are to God.
Walk in the thing you love the most and rise above the thing you hate the most.

Exactly... just learn to cast your care upon the Lord and realize it's not your personal responsibility to rescue each and every person from false teaching.
Do your best to teach and then pray, and after that cast your care upon the Lord and don't allow the enemy to con you in to worrying about this stuff.
Besides, they don't have to delete your account... you can control how often you swing by for a fat chat.
