respectfully, we're not saved by the written word, though it is through the foolishness of the message preached.

we're saved by The Living Word.
We are not talking about being saved, we're talking about being born again of incorruptible seed. There can't be a birth phyically or spiritually without DNA... incorruptible DNA.

We're saved by asking and believing.... nothing more.

The lights were off for 34 minutes, and you didn't receive a revelation from God watching the Super Bowl. In fact, you've received no divine revelation from God on any issue.

What kind of folk did Jesus say looked for signs?

NEW ORLEANS — The power went out for 33 minutes in half of the Superdome, not long after singer Beyonce finished her high-powered halftime show.

I never mentioned a sign for anything. I was talking about the 4th kingdom coming to earth, the lights off at the super bowl was an example of the spiritual kingdom.

There is no contradiction in the texts.

Should I await the NBA finals to look for a sign? What if the lights go off for 7, 12, or 3 minutes? Or 33? Or 666 seconds?

What would it mean? Would you feel validated somehow?
I didn't ask if there was a contradiction, I asked you WHO is the morning star. Can you answer the question? For more clarity lol... I'm asking YOU who is the morning star.

Satan is a cheap imitator of everything the Christ is. Look at the miracles the soothsayers did in Moses' days. Moses' staff turned into a snake and so did theirs. But Moses' swallowed theirs up.

And seriously, Lucifer is not Satan. I believe it to be a typology, symbolic of how he fell. But Lucifer is referring to the Babylonian king.
To each his own. :)

Imo, purity

LEVITICUS 12:4 She shall continue in the blood of purification thirty-three days. She shall not touch any holy thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying are completed.
That's for a woman. Nice to see you again Dan!

Did he say one is to be born again to be saved or to see the kingdom of God?
John 3:5-8

5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Sorry, KJV

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4
Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Most of the manuscripts available today (between 5500 and 6000) were discovered after 1611. The KJV translators primarily used seven printed Greek editions: five of Erasmus, one of Stephanus, and one of Beza. They did not translate directly from manuscripts.
Here is the error my friend. No, the AV Translators did not use five of the Erasmus Greek Text. They used two of which are the representatives of the majority of the texts used by Erasmus in collating in every major cities he went. Second, you did not consider those various handwritten in Greeks that the KJ translators had an access. Third, you have not mention the Six Volume Complutensian Polyglot which contains Greek and other tongues .The O.T being used the Ben Chayyim Mss and many more so to begin with the informational data is obviously wrong. Plus, you are now saying it is seven printed Greek editions from what has been said of “seven late manuscripts…”

No, we are born again by the word of God. We can't be born again without an incorruptible word of God according to the bible.

1 Peter 1:23 KJV
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
So those non-English speaking ppl are just outta luck.

I'd have to check on the other versions which you say were used. Regarding the seven Greek editions, they were not manuscripts, they were printed. Manuscripts are hand-written.

So what is this "seven very late manuscripts" Angela referring to? Now if we have 5000+ N.T. Greek manuscripts and not editions then The KJV is of the majority and not a minority.

Probably just new information the devil comes up with from time to time in his attempt to continuing to muddy the waters as he always does.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone doesn't discover some newly found scrolls that support universal ism... oh wait, that guy that wrote "the shack" and "lies we believe about god" has corned that market and is making millions deceiving the masses.

And many gullible Christians are falling for this trick of the devil... we should be leary of "new" information that is discovered late as satan has been known to throw stuff out claiming it is inspired writings from God.

Oh boy...

Book, chapter and verse?

By the way you said exactly 33 minutes. Others said 34. You say you didn't mention a sign and then signify there was one anyhow. You're all over the place man.

Again, there are none who are saved and then later born again. That's heretical.

There are literally hundreds of such places, but you will probably argue the same way to all of them, so just one:

"Incorruptible" KJV with the Jewish sources for the OT :

1 Pt 1:16: "Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy."

Lv 20:7: "Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God."

====

LXX (the right source for the OT) and the proper translation:

Lv 20:7 "And you shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy. "

Or if you want to see it in the original language:
(in Greek, the word order in the sentence is free, so it does not matter that they are in a different positions)

ἔσεσθε ἅγιοι, ὅτι ἅγιος ἐγὼ [esesthe hagioi, hoti hagios egó] - Lv 20:7

Ἅγιοι ἔσεσθε, ὅτι ἐγὼ ἅγιος. [hagioi esesthe, hoti egó hagios] - 1Pt 1:16
What text was the LXX translated from?

Sorry bud, you're outta luck. You can't be born again by a corruptible seed. The incorruptible word of God is the KJV.

Sorry to inform you.

You said you don't use english versions. Better get the KJV before its too late.
That's like telling someone today to get a Greek and Hebrew dictionary and read the bible in the original languages. The KJV isn't the only inerrant bible.

Why do people freak out because humans made translational errors in the KJV? Even those who deny they are double-inspirationalists really are that because they cannot fathom that God allowed translator errors. ;)

No, no, it had to be Divinely assisted and inspired, and the product had to come out to be "perfect" not one error, just like the autographs. Well, at least with the KJV only.

Why not the Tyndale, Coverdale, Geneva Bible &c, they all should have received the same Divine assistance as well, they too should all be "perfect."
You keep talking about errors in the KJV but you never give the errors. Or maybe your the one who was wrong about the camel/rope thing... Rope IS NOT the correct word, camel is.

κάμηλος kámēlos, kam'-ay-los; of Hebrew origin (H1581); a "camel":—camel.
