Sometimes I'll have hours where I'm just sluggish. I eat healthy most of the time and go outside almost every day. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions to this?

Dealing with liberals causes similar symptoms.

Eat healthy, exercise, and live for Him....that'd be my suggestion. :)

p.s. - it's getting darker earlier & earlier where I live. seasonal thing. I think that affects me as well.

I usually take my daughter on a walk when me or my wife feel that way. That usually helps us.

Funny how dealing with deluded right wingers has the exact opposite effect on me: very stimulating to tell them the truth and have them whine about it. :)

As for health related fatigue, yes I know the feeling having suffered from health issues all my life. But despite all, I move along ever hopeful that a New Horizon some day will make it all worth while. It also helps to cultivate a good sense of humor. :)

I found changeing me morning diet did the trick..and lots of water.
Avocado and fruit smoothies as the first thing in the morning with some raisins if you have low sugar. After that no more tiredness

we make our own 'power-drinks' and they really work...just do some research,

This usually happens to me when the anxiety and depression are really bad. I found that managing the stress in my life had a positive impact on my overall energy throughout the day. Also, I'm taking a supplement called Vega One and it has done wonders in my life. I thank God for it.

Are you eating too much at mealtimes? Try eating smaller portions 5-6 times per day instead of 3 main meals.

Are you getting enough sleep? You should be getting at least 7-8 hrs per night.

How about vitamins? Are you getting enough iron & B complex? Make sure you eat lots of fresh vegetables daily. Spinach, kale, carrots, yams, broccoli are excellent!

I would suggest going to the doctor and having your thyroid and iron levels tested.

if v D is low you will never feel much energy even after you do things that typically boost it

to ur question, soldier, yes at times, esp. on nights w/o enough sleep. the needed fresh fruits and veggies are also impt. as auntie says, for when u are really conscious or aware of what u take in daily, it may surprise u that what u thought healthy may not exactly be in the right proportions, or the timing or mixing/blending not so. whats ur usual breakfast? it may be ur digestion too, so it helps to see doc if they be any help as ruth said.
and yes, water-- hope ur hydration is right, for many ppl are dehydrated w/o knowing for by the time we get thirsty, it is said we are already dehydrated. so drink when u can, even when not (yet) thirsty. i mention this as a cancer patient i know just had to be hospitalized yest. for dehydration. just as they forget or do not care to drink enough, sometimes we do too when we do not want to be 'disturbed,' whatever we're doing-).

what a good point about dehydration - often our bodies are telling to feed us solid food, when in fact
it is telling us to hydrate, for we are living water...and it should always be the best sort of water that
we can get our hands on...for us at this time, it is distilled...

satan has distorted everything that is good from our Father in order to make us sick and deny that
there is no way for us to heal but to go to pharmakia...our temples are our blessings from our Father
and He expects us to honor what He has so loving given to us for His own purposes...
we must take the high-road, for it is a choice that we are all given...

I have the same problem. I get plenty of sleep and eat well. I'm on a low carb diet. I take a lot of Nutri-West Core Level Adrenal it helps. I always wanted to read up about Adrenal Fatigue. I thought that might be causing it.

I only experience this when I am awake.

Be careful with the low carb diet. Carbs help get tryptophan into your brain. Tryptophan is what your body uses to convert to serotonin. Insufficient serotonin can cause depression and anxiety.

Also, try cutting out caffeine and refined sugar.

You could have low iron. Be anemic. I've been getting iron transfusions since October. Before that ,I'd go to bed at 7 pm. Be in bed after work. Around 3 pm. Tired. Weak. Got cold easily. I still experience these but not sleeping all day anymore.

There is so much mis-infornation out there. Eating 5 to 6 times a day is not the way to go.

And believe it or not, you need serotonin for digestion.
