Are you eating too much at mealtimes? Try eating smaller portions 5-6 times per day instead of 3 main meals.
Are you getting enough sleep? You should be getting at least 7-8 hrs per night.
How about vitamins? Are you getting enough iron & B complex? Make sure you eat lots of fresh vegetables daily. Spinach, kale, carrots, yams, broccoli are excellent!
to ur question, soldier, yes at times, esp. on nights w/o enough sleep. the needed fresh fruits and veggies are also impt. as auntie says, for when u are really conscious or aware of what u take in daily, it may surprise u that what u thought healthy may not exactly be in the right proportions, or the timing or mixing/blending not so. whats ur usual breakfast? it may be ur digestion too, so it helps to see doc if they be any help as ruth said.
and yes, water-- hope ur hydration is right, for many ppl are dehydrated w/o knowing for by the time we get thirsty, it is said we are already dehydrated. so drink when u can, even when not (yet) thirsty. i mention this as a cancer patient i know just had to be hospitalized yest. for dehydration. just as they forget or do not care to drink enough, sometimes we do too when we do not want to be 'disturbed,' whatever we're doing-).
