psalms 91:1 says he that dwells in the secret place of the most high shall bide...."what is this secret place??

Do not use KJV, its not very good translation. Its too old and frequently confuses people who are not native English speakers (and many of them too).
"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty."
(Psalm 91:1, NIV)
It can be taking either literally - meaning in the Jewish temple of those times.
Or more generally - if you are walking in the light as the apostle John says, you will rest in Him and in His care.

your life will be a treasured possession of God hidden away in his secret place for safe keeping if you trust in him, much like you or I might keep our most valuable possessions in a "secret place" such as a hidden safe. God treasures and protects his children, just as any good parent would.

Its the view that is the source of all strange ideas, false prophets and various sects. "There is a hidden mysterious meaning in everything".

My Bible (Revised Standard Version) says it differently:
[1] He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High,
who abides in the shadow of the Almighty,
[2] will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust." Psalms 91:1-2

and ONE TESTIMONY
not many
and it is HIS WITNESSES (those who hold to THE TESTIMONY of JESUS) who will testify
you may suggest all that you choose to
but GOD's TESTIMONY is greater
and the man who has received HIS TESTIMONY which HE has given of HIS SON sets to his own (spirit) seal that GOD's WORD is TRUTH
The man who does not accept GOD's TESTIMONY which HE has given of HIS SON in a sense calls GOD a liar
he does not believe GOD's TESTIMONY
