I believe that this is just another opportunity for a certain few to exhibit their superior spiritual intellect.
Same thing xD (but I would agree except I'm not aloud to think)

I don't believe I have spoken out of turn .... I always post to try to further understand other views. I understand that I am uneducated in everything and so everything I post even if it be what I think, is only to get further understanding. Nothing I am saying now has changed from before. I was still looking to further understand.

I'm going to choose not to respond to the last part

And I'm sorry, I will choose to just not post next time.
Actually you made dogmatic assertions that were unbiblical.

Dogmatic.

Assertions.

You weren't looking at that point "to further understand", you were making assertions that were untrue and thanking people for repping your stance. Then others called you on it and, I think, perhaps I'm wrong, that you repented your position. Maybe not. It is hard to tell honestly since you're now not owning your former assertions and are attempting to make it appear you were trying to learn.

No one is asking you not to post that is up to you but that is just you IMO playing the emotional card.

You should really reread my post to you. Yes. Reread it.

It commended you. Forgave you. Encouraged you. Admonished you. And you want nothing to do with the latter portion but you really need to heed what it says. You should own up and accept that portion and respect your elders on here and in the world. It is part of "growing up".

And we are living a continued sin of lying. We sin everyday and I can assure you there is a repeated sin in everyone's life everyday. We all buy into the temptation.
Not allowing someone into the kingdom of God off of your own judgement is also against the word.

I'm against being gay, but sinning, no matter what sin does not make or break a Christian
You are attempting to justify their wicked acts, can you not see this. There is no repentance in the heart of those who support this culture. You will be caught up in its net yourself. You are not proclaiming righteousness but contempt for what is right. Sin most surely will "break" a Christian (Luke 13:1-5).

Thank God I am not the only one seeing this.

Exactly. I just think Christians take a wrong approach at it. I have a friend who used to be a porn addict and I have seen many threads started for those that are aa dedicated to porn and everyone says prayers for them and encourages them to keep fighting. And that is great! That is how we should battle sin, with encouragement for others, but when it comes to being gay others bi or whatever else there is it is acted upon as the only wrong in the world and "you'll never be saved because your gay" or something is wrong with you because you have this sin.

I just think we should stop attacking it and try to encourage and fight through it like we do every other sin
Hi Natania. What a beautiful, pure heart you have!

I used to be MUCH harsher on this whole subject of homosexuality. LET ME BE CRYSTAL CLEAR. Homosexuality IS sin, but I believe if they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, then one of 2 things will happen. The Holy Spirit will work in them to reveal the sin in their life, and conform them more and more into the likeness of Christ, OR they will eventually be delivered to satan, for the destruction of their FLESH. ( Though if they HAVE indeed accepted the Lord, their spirit will be raised to life on the last day.)

As for me, THIS post by Violet Reigns (AuntieAunt), several years ago, had a profound effect on how I now believe we should deal with not just homosexuals, but all who continue in sin. Love them. Show them Christ in you. And then leave it in the Lord's Hands.

[h=2]Bruce Jenner is totally grossing me out!!![/h]
Tru dat my brotha! Actually, I've been pondering this situation with God for awhile and am hesitant to respond on here until I'm sure in my spirit that my post will line up with the Word. In the meantime, I'm reading all these various posts and feel something is missing... can't put my finger on it yet though.

I mean, when I was an alcoholic.. when I was a total pot head... when I lived to party and certainly looked the part.... when my mind was saturated with the world... my neighbor, a young blind Christian woman named Mary became my friend. I didn't know why because I wasn't worthy to be anyone's friend as I lived for myself.

Mary didn't preach, didn't try to force scripture down my throat, didn't point out my sins like I was a "filthy sinner" whom she was trying to save from hellfire. She was just this extremely joyful woman who was overflowing with exuberance and peace and.. (here's the clincher!) talked to Jesus like He was standing next to her. Every time I saw her walking her little doggie up the sidewalk, she was talking to Jesus and thanking Him for giving her sight. She was a blind girl. But she was praising the Lord for loving her and letting her see clearly. (Ok, now I'm crying my eyes out remembering that.) \:)/ Glory to God!

But when Mary talked to me, she just became my friend. I started asking questions about Jesus. Something in my heart (the Holy Spirit, of course) told me I was missing something, I was not whole, I was dark inside and I knew it just being in Mary's presence. She never told me I was lost without the Lord, I KNEW IT!

So you see my plight here. I can't point a finger or throw rocks at others. I don't know how to react to Bruce Jenner's situation. All I know is he ain't happy with himself or with life. Anyone who has to keep trying to win the world's approval does not approve of themselves in their own heart. Nor do they believe God approves of them. So I'll pray and ask the Lord to let Bruce know how much Jesus Christ yearns for him to be set free in his mind and to find rest in the Father's arms of love.

Sigh... look I'm sorry, I honestly post open to any corrections because I live seeing other views, and if I am honest I have learned from the replies. Things such as, it is more serious because it is repeated and they don't wish to stop.

I am sorry.
Hm... thank you for the insight
You are welcome, at the same time thank you for being open and honest, to God's word. Like SG said any sex outside of marriage is immoral and marriage is defined as between a man and a women and nothing will change that. Not time, laws or any other attempt to do so when someone says they are married the natural presumption is that it is a man and a woman, any other type has to be defined by adding a word infant of "married" no amount of PC culture will change that.

The sad part is they want to indoctrinate your children with these ides starting as early as
kindergarten, maybe even earlier I remember when they actually taught in school. Now they indoctrinate our children with a worldly sinful ideology, anything against Christ and His word. Any religion, philosophy, science, anything that exalts itself above Christ and they want to teach it to our children. I remember praying, singing hymns and creation being taught in school and I live in California. I thought the hymn, "My Eyes Have Seen The Coming of The Lord" was a song like the star spangle banner. I don't remember if it's the same song or if it's different, but we also sang about the "grapes of wrath and the wine press" they had the 10 commandments as well. How things have changed.

OK, remember, ignorance is bliss, so you must be in an utterly euphoric state. Somehow you think a public forum means that you have to have your inquiries answered. Uh. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nope. It's still none of your business.

my original question was a question, not a demand for knowledge.
i couldn't see what she had done. i had, in fact, forgotten how much you dislike questions of that nature.
for whatever reason.

i asked only the one question. in the first post.
you seem like a last work kinda guy, so please, feel free to speak it.
