A keyword instantly came to mind. Perhaps God wants me to focus on it in my post? The keyword is "blasphemer".
According to scripture, the Jews considered a blasphemer to be a person (created being) who claims to have the authority of God, particularly in forgiving sins. We know that only God can forgive sins, not a created being.
The pharisees believed Jesus to be a mere man and therefore wrongfully accused him of blaspheming...
John 10:31-33: Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?” The Jews answered Him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.”
Mark 2:5-12: "When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, “Why does this Man speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” But immediately, when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves, He said to them, “Why do you reason about these things in your hearts? Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the paralytic, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”
Without the very real biblical incarnation of Christ (where God took on flesh and dwelt among us), Jesus would only be a mere man, a created being, with no authority, because no created being can forgive sins.
Jesus said that one will come after Him (Antichrist), who will be a created being, a true blasphemer, claiming to have authority as God on earth, an imitator of Jesus, and he will be accepted. Yet they rejected Jesus. There is a contrast shown here between Jesus and Antichrist. One is the Creator and the other a created being. One has authority to forgive sins but the other doesn't. One was rejected but the other will be accepted.
John 5:43: "I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive"
2 Thess 2:3-4: "Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin (Antichrist) is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God (blasphemer)"
John 1:1-3: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made"
John 8:57-59: Then the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?” Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” Then they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.
John 1:14-18: And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.’” And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him"
Colossians 1:15-18: "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence"
