but hub and I have sure cured many a sick horse, main ingredient,
Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar in their water...it works wonders for
humans also...

It is transparent (tears) , if you have an infection, or a cold, it will turn gooey because the job of the fluid is to wash that goo out. Can't remember seeing it as green though (Worked in kindergarten, you get to see a lot of snot)

I was watching a TV programme last night, a hunter from the Amazon
switched places with a government worker from London!
It was funny and fascinating with the Londoner having to learn how to make bows and
arrows, set traps, fish to feed the villagers etc. While the tribesman was shown
how to send his very first email!
Something which stood out though, is the Londoner said that even when he sneezed
the fluids was clear like water, whereas in London his snot was sooty, gray, full of
pollutants he could taste in the back of his throat.
Maybe people have different coloured snot depending on where they live.

If your snot is green (or any color - cream, yellow...), you have an infection. It is clear when you don't have a nasal infection.
