Uploading pics no longer working?

It no longer gives me the option to upload pictures in threads. Only lets me do a link.

Why is this? The problem is on Chrome as well as Safari. What is a fix to this? :)

I just copy and paste. I have never been able to upload pictures directly from my computer :(
 
I have the same problem, only if I copy- paste it complains of too many characters :p
I thought it was just my browser / computer not liking me
 
Many of us have developed this problem. So far, no one has claimed they would fix it if we sent in some extra money.
