26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing.

Oh well that is clear as mud then. The Jews must be right when they said Jesus did not rise from the dead, if we believe you. Why are you putting an antiChrist interpretation on Daniel? Or are you even aware that you are batting for the AntiChrist?
If I took you by the hand and led you through it, you still would not see it. You need to ask the Holy Spirit, HE is the teacher here. Not you, not me, not anybody but the Holy Spirit. We cannot even begin to understand the Word by studying it intellectually, because the things of the spirit are muddy to the natural mind...Let the Holy Spirit show you. He's just waiting for you to ask Him.

1 Corinthians 10:32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God: .

Tell me how do you interpret Zechariah 14:4ff? How does that fit the spanish church? you tell me.
Zechariah 12-14 were fulfilled in the Maccabean Wars.

It takes ONE thing to understand God's word - BELIEVE IT and don't try to chnage it when it doesn't fit our idea of what "it should be".

How can a person find truth when truth is a moving target between bible versions? We can find a bible version to support any doctrine we want and that's why there is so much division, there is no absolute truth in the minds of most here... truth is what I want it to be. How is that absolute truth? Not aimed at you, just a blanket statement. :)

True...His version says the messiah was killed...Other versions say he was cut off, Could mean Blocked, isolated, disconnected, obstructed, or renounced....I wonder why his version chose 'killed' Maybe those translators were translating intellectually too? Instead of relying on the Holy Spirit?

One could look at it this way. The Word is like a gem. The KJV is one facet of the gem. The NIV is another, the CJB is another, the ESV another and so on. Put them all together and you get a pretty good picture. The way most folks look at it, is not much different than racism, or sexism. My version is right and all the others are wrong! Rot! A man is better than a woman...Only in part A woman is also better than a man. Explain that one. LOL Its a true thing. Look at them properly One completes the other. One version completes the other. One race completes the other and so on.
Yeah that's the way to do it, mix truth and error and let ME figure out which is which lol. I don't think so. Do you want a doctor who learned his trade that way to perform surgery on you? I don't think so, so why is it that word of God which is WAY more important to us than that ok with you?

Because when its talking about the heavenly Jerusalem it specifically mentions it.
Btw: New Jerusalem is a LITERAL place. Its not symbolic of the church or any of that non sense.
Why would John describe to us in the Holy Ghost DETAILED stones and measurements of a city that isnt even real? This is where allegorizing gets you.
So you're saying a literal city gives birth?

Galatians 4:26 KJV
But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

Do you realize that MANY Greek manuscripts have been discovered that are older that those the KJV was translated from?

This is why newer translations differ in many areas from the KJV.
Did you know that Satan ws perverting the gospel BEFORE the new testament was written? You can't judge a book by it's age, you judge it by it's content.

How? proof? I do like the answer since it wasn't 70A.D. again :D
Zechariah 12:10 KJV
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son , and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

When did the Lord pour out his grace on Jerusalem?
When did the Jews look upon the one they pierced?
Still not convinced?

John SAID it was fulfilled at the cross.

John 19:36-37 KJV
For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken. [37] And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

There is absolute truth, and God wants us to have it.

But NO translation is perfect. NO translation is "God-breathed". This is why people research the ~5700 manuscripts that we're blessed to have. And with careful analysis, and the aid of computers, all the texts can be carefully compared and I believe we can get VERY close to the original God-breathed words as they were given to the writers of the Bible. But even if we can get a perfect Greek manuscript, there will STILL be errors when people translate it. Translation is hard work. Also, no matter how unbiased a translator wants to be, or thinks he is being, there will be the tendency to "translate in" the theology of the translator.

Insisting that the KJV is the perfect unadulterated Word of God is without merit.

LOLOL Ok Let me put it this way....You look at God the same way. Like a gem. I AM that I AM He said that. Didn't He? Ok. Do you need healing? He says "That's the I Am that I Am" Do you need salvation? He says "That's the I Am that I Am" Do you need deliverance from the attack of the devil? He says "That's the I Am that I Am" How about a way out of poverty? He says "That's the I Am that I Am" Need a new car? Want a new house? How about healing for someone near you? A neighbor perhaps? He says "That's the I Am that I Am" Whatever need you have, and many of your wants too...That's the I AM that He Am!! So the facets of the gem.....He is healing. He is deliverance, He is blessing, He is salvation, He is comfort, He is teaching, Each facet of Him is what makes up the Gem that He is. A different face, if you will, for the same God. Each facet, like each name of God shows another side (facet) of who He is.

Think about the complexity of the bible,

I think it's the height of insanity to think that men can translate the mind of God.

Its like trying to operate in two vastly different worlds simultaneously.
