Gumbo last night for supper. Second time I ever made it, and it sure did turn out good. Probably not as good as authentic creole gumbo, but I don't live in that part of the country, so I don't care what them folks have to say about my gumbo.

Ooh. Umm. It was a choc ice... (Do you have them in USA? Chocolate coated icecream one can hold in the hand if ones hands dont melt the chocolate too fast!)
Isn't it marvellous how they make the ice cream just the right size to fit inside the chocolate coating!

Is just like battered fish. How can they tell how big to make the batter to exactly fit the fish..... Maybe why the prices are so high!

I think my Korean friends are funny. They take photographs of their food before they eat it! (Though I understand here in the UK our food is different to theirs so one understands the first few meals).

I'm currently drinking a baby spinach, kale, Swiss chard, parsley, raspberry, strawberry, banana, chia seed and moringa smoothie. Everything except the banana, chia seeds and moringa is fresh from our garden.
